Pros:

The hotel was great, good location, clean

Cons:

It's located next to the main road and all car noises I heard in my room, it was too noisy and had to close the window while staying in the room. Also was surprised as they charge 2 euro per hour in case I want to use luggage storage :(

L’emplacement, le long de la grande route passante
La vue sur une friche industrielle en premier plan, puis derrière la Caldeira.

Pros:

The location was great just outside of the main pedestrian areas of Fira, but not in the highly trafficked areas making those areas easy to access while remaining quiet and removed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful staff, amazing location, reasonable prices!
Pros:

Cleanliness, views, communication with the staff: Lia is wonderful accommodating all your needs, location is perfect, accesible to all restaurants and businesses of Fira, even to the Local Bus Station. Free breakfast is excellent and she was serving everyday to the room.

Cons:

Only thing I was missing was a pool and hot-tub. For some reason I thought this hotel have them and I was a little bit sad when I found out there’s no one yet. A nice pool is under construction.

Hotel com atendimento familiar, localização excelente e atendimento impecável, recomendo demais!
Pros:

A experiência em Nemesis Hotel superou todas as nossas expectativas, a localização é excelente a cordialidade dedicada pelas proprietárias Sra Irini e especialmente de sua filha Lya, que além de muito educada e atenciosa, nos prestou todas as informações sobre a ilha e ainda nos acomodou em um quarto excelente, tornando nossa estada espetacular. Recomendo muitíssimo!!!

Pros:

La ubicación no es céntrica, pero muy cómoda. La habitación muy confortable y con excelentes vistas (ventana y balcón). Hay pava eléctrica, tazas e infusiones en la habitación. Faltaron vasos! El desayuno se sirve en la habitación y es muy completo.

Cons:

El hotel trabaja con un contacto vía e-mail y WhatsApp muy eficiente. No me agrada que no haya personal permanente en el hotel.

Hotel com quarto com vista linda para caldera. Boa localizacao. Bom conforto.
Pros:

O hotel é super bem localizado. A vista do quarto é muito bonita, apesar de não ser exatamente na beirada do mar é apenas a uma rua de lá.
A cama era confortavel. Tem ar condicionado com opcao quente e frio. Tem frigobar. Tem uma chaleira muito potente. O chuveiro era forte e quente.
A recepcionista muito educada.
Fácil acesso, perto da estação de onibus e de restaurantes e lojas.

Cons:

Acabou o papel higienico no nosso quarto no segundo dia. Tive um desencontro de informações e coloquei o anúncio pendurado para limparem o quarto e avisei a recepcionista que precisava de papel higiênico. E ai ela entendeu que seria somente isso, mas eu tinha compreendido que bastava por o anúncio pedindo limpeza na porta e que não precisava avisá-la também. No fim ficamos 3 dias e ninguem limpou nosso quarto. Mas enfim, acredito que foi um desencontro de informacoes, pois ela nos pediu desculpas no check out e nao pareceram ruins. E eu voltaria ao hotel mesmo com esse eventl. Só pontuando aqui algo que talvez possam melhorar.

Pros:

Beautiful view as promised and centrally located. The memory foam mattress was an unexpected surprise, best sleep ever! Walking distance to bus station and supermarket.

Cons:

A little cold at night, but that’s expected this time of year. More blankets would have been nice.

The location is great, with two supermarkets nearby and the main bus station within easy reach also the center is in few minutes walking

. Check-in was quick and hassle-free

Cons:

There’s no elevator, though it’s only one floor to go up.

The shower is small, and it takes a few minutes for the hot water to arrive. To get hot water, you need to turn the tap all the way, and even then, you get only warm water and the pressure is weak.

Also The balcony doesn’t have any seating, no table or chairs.

The hotel provides a brochure, I highly recommend reading it. Always double-check what the staff tells you against what’s written in the brochure.
