Good location. Easy to get in and out of town. Close to restaurants. Had private parking available for us which was great.

Tolles Hotel, schwierige Parkverhältnisse
Pros:

Das Hotel hat zentrale Lage für Touristen, die eine Stadtbesichtigung planen. Zudem ist das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und um den Gast bemüht.

Cons:

Es gibt direkt vor dem Hotel keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Zwei Parkflächen sind zwar in akzeptabler Entfernung zum Hotel verfügbar, aber durch Schranken gesichert.
Die PIN zum Öffnen der Schranken hilft nur eingeschränkt, da das Bedienterminal seine Tücken hat. Das Anhalten und Parken war für uns unangenehm.

Could. not fault this hotel, the staff could not have been more helpful, the location is excellent with restaurants and shopping all close by with the old town only a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was also excellent 👌

Nice staff - nice breakfast - poor curtains
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.
The staff were welcoming, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to the lady from Canada who supervised breakfast.

Cons:

We were very surprised that the curtains were not blackout. This meant we were woken by the early morning sun (we are not early risers). We expected better in a hotel of this standard.
Some sound came in through the windows.

Pros:

Salva her konuda yardımımıza koştu. Sabah vardiyasındaki Kanadalı hanım da çok tatlı ve ilgiliydi.Otelin yeri iyiydi.

Cons:

Oda biraz daha büyük olsa iyi olurdu ama yine de fena değildi.

מיקום מצויין ממש שני צעדים מהכיכר המודרנית, צוות לבבי ושירותי מאוד, חדר מרווח ונקי, ארוחת בוקר אירופאית סטנדרטית, חניה פרטית במרחק כ 100 מטר מהמלון בעלות סמלית של 5 יורו ליום.

חדר אמבטיה בגודל מגוחך, אנשים גדולים ימצאו את השימוש בכיור כלא נוח מחוסר מקום. יש מקום לגוון מעט בירקות בארוחת הבוקר.

Ein Stadthotel zum Weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Der Empfang war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dank der zentrale Lage sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuss erreichtbar. Es gibt einen zum Hotel gehörenden privaten Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Die Vorfahrt zum Hotel ist etwas kompliziert. Man muss entweder direkt auf der Strasse halten (was zu Verkehrsbehinderungen führen kann) oder auf den Gehsteig mit hoher Kante fahren (was gefahrlos nur mit SUV möglich ist). Abhilfe könnte da eine Absenkung der Gehsteigkante schaffen.

Super schönes Hotel.
Sehr nahe der Altstadt gelegen mit vielen kleinen und größeren Tavernen.
Sehr gute Betreuung im Hotel Freundlich und kompetent. Ein Superfeines Frühstück. Sehr moderne ausgestattete Zimmer mit angenehmen Betten und grosszügiges Bad. Massage war absolut super. Auch für Motorradfahrer sehr geeignet.

I was very happy with our choice and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Super modern room with small balcony with a great central location, easily accessible to either Old Town or the Port.
Very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is available for an additional 5 Euro. Parking space is hard to find in Kalamata.
