Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations - the room was large and comfortable with a huge bed and balcony. They provided a gift box of wine and snacks for us which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was spectacular, lots of homemade options and fresh produce. We loved it! The staff also were very lovely and helpful and we had a great time talking to everyone, especially Maria at breakfast. The location was perfect for us, close to the old town but not too noisy.

Cons:

Only thing was it wasn't clear to me that the spa facilities weren't complimentary, I had seen that many spa treatments etc were an additional charge on the booking.com listing, but I had assumed that just use of the space might be freely available to guests. We ended up not booking the spa, but it looked lovely regardless.

Ευχάριστη εμπειρία σε ένα πολύ προσεγμένο περιβάλλον

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα που φιλοξενηθήκαμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξίσου καλή. Άνετο δωμάτιο, πλήρως διαμορφωμένο και άνετο για ΑΜΕΑ, πολύ καλό πρωινό, κεντρικότατη τοποθεσία.

Cons:

Μια πρόταση για το μπάνιο στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο ΑΜΕΑ θα ήταν να υπάρχει ένα ταυ (Τ) για να μπορεί κάποιος να τραβήξει τα νερά, μετά τη χρήση του ντους.

Gepflegtes Hotel, das mitten im Zentrum liegt. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Der Wellness Bereich ist klein, überzeugt mit der Jacuzzi und wunderbaren Massagen.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το πρωινό ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία από φρέσκες και ποιοτικές επιλογές που κάλυπταν κάθε γούστο. Επιπλέον, η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική, ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα, καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Very helpful staff, very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding - a great selection of cereals, fruits, pastries, juice and hot food too.

Cons:

I didnt check in my booking confirmation but it would have been good to know in advance that the car-parking is close by rather than onsite. It means that I could have parked car safely then headed to reception to check in. As it was, the roads are so narrow the only place I could park the car was in a taxi rank - so I had to park there, run round to the hotel, get the carpark details and then get back to my car before getting a ticket or facing the wrath of angry taxi drivers. Maybe a qr code or pin could be provided in booking confirmation?

Κεντρικο ξενοδοχειο με αριστο προσωπικο..ευγενεια και εξυπηρετηση..πολυ καθαρο σε ολους τους χωρους..το πρωινο ειχε οτι χρειαζεται για να ξεκινησεις τη μερα σου ικανοποιημενος και χορτατος..και ελληνικο καφε χωρις χρεωση εξτρα..με εντυπωσιασε αυτο..υπνος καλος σε ψηλα ανετα και καθαρα κρεβατια..μπαλκονι με καρεκλες και τραπεζακι..μια αξιοπρεπης και καλη επιλογη τελικα..

Cons:

Το μονο που δεν μου αρεσε ηταν η χρεωση πεντε ευρω το παρκινγκ..θα προτιμουσα να ηταν στη συνολικη τιμη του δωματιου και να μην ακουγεται..

Ξεκινώντας είχα ζητήσει παραγγελία τούρτα για τα γενέθλια του συζύγου. Ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί για να πραγματοποιήσουν την έκπληξη μου και είχαν την τούρτα στο σπα, μαζί με ένα μπουκάλι κρασί δώρο. Η ευγένεια των κοριτσιών στην υποδοχή ήταν μοναδική. Μας έδωσαν πληροφορίες για οτιδήποτε χρειαστηκαμε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο σε μέγεθος με σύγχρονο εξοπλισμό. Από ανέσεις είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος. Το πρωινό με ποιοτικά ντόπια προϊόντα
