Check in lo fai veloce trovi tutto pronto. A causa di una bufera di neve siamo rimasti qui due notti e sono stati super gentili e ci hanno ridato la stessa camera allo stesso prezzo

Buena luz en la habitación (no muy típico en los hoteles de aquí). Ventanal para poder ver auroras desde la cama.

Great basic, comfortable room.
It gave us all that we needed, comfortable bed and a nice shower.

The view from our room.
No phones. No refrigerator. We booked through Booking.com, so we did not get the free breakfast listed on their website for "every room". Very poor lighting; we had to put the tiny lamps on a stack of towels to be able to read (uncomfortably) in bed, as there was no suitable lighting for reading in the room. Small room with no place to put things; cramped area required us to move items multiple times. Loud, early morning banging from the tour groups which frequent this hotel (probably because of their relatively low rates). Dinner was very slow; it took one hour to get our food and there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. My food was cold and the portions ridiculously small (the hotel took 30% off my meal, but it was still overpriced for the portions served). I assume these three problems were related to the impending arrival of the tour buses, which took over the restaurant when they got there (48 people at once). We were there two nights. I thought about sleeping in my car the second night. Be forewarned, this is a glorified hostel more than a low price hotel.
The staff was friendly. The place was clean.
Refrigerator is not available in the hotel room. Expensive for a hotel that need to share the bathroom and restroom.

Clean and decent but nothing special. The location is convenient for your Iceland roadtrip. Breakfast was good and so was the service.
