Spent 3 nights at this modern well-designed and beautifully decorated hotel located close to Harvard and its sports facilities. We were greeted by front desk staff Klara and Lucas, two bright young hosts who immediately made us feel right at home. Our rooms were large and comfortable and decorated with some great modern art murals - unique to each room. In fact the hotel is an art showcase. Downstairs restaurant and bar offers standard breakfast items and a wide range of tasty dinner selections prepared to order. I’m a beer lover and there is a self service array of taps featuring at least 16 choices, charged by the size of the pour, so you can sample to heart’s content. Will be back!
We've stayed several times at this hotel, we keep coming back, great value, friendly staff, not pretentious and relaxed.

Incompetent staff unable to assist me with a proper invoice, following a first night cancellation due to weather conditions at Boston Logan hotel.
Completely unresponsive despite a number of requests sent to the hotel by phone and website communication. And the hotel does not respond to Booking.com through whom I made the reservation. I'll never stay here again and will advise fellow employees to avoid when visiting Boston.

I had a wonderful experience at Studio Allston Hotel in Boston. The front desk team truly went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and stress-free.
Even after we had already checked out, they kindly held a delivery package for us, which made a huge difference. They also stored our luggage so we could enjoy our last hours in Boston without any worries. This level of care and flexibility is something you don’t find everywhere.
A special thank you to Melissa, Lucas, Jonathan, Ash, Mo, Klara, and Dez for their outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Every interaction was welcoming and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
