Pros:

Ppersonál veľmi milý, ochotný, dobré raňajky,, dobré vybavenie izby (okrem madracov v posteli, tie boli veľmi mäkké a bolel ma z nich chrbát), veľká kúpelňa, dobrý wellness

Cons:

V tomto ubytovani sme už boli pred 3 rokmi, veľmi sa nám páčilo, hlvne výber a kvalita jedla, preto som ho vybrala znova...., ale úroveň a výber jedla, hlavne večerí dosť klesol. Poobedný bufet, kde si po lyžovačke môžete dať niečo malé bol v čase od 15:00 do 16:00 hod., keďže sa lyžuje do 16:00 hod., tak sme ho nestihli a keď sme prišli aj skôr, na výber tam toho veľmi nebolo... pred 3. rokmi bol určite do 17:00, ak nie dlhšie.

Familien Skiurlaub
Pros:

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern die Semesterferien in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, und auch beim Check‑in wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Der Pool ist angenehm groß und warm und zudem bis 21:30 Uhr geöffnet – ideal für Familien. Für Kinder gibt es zusätzlich einen eigenen Spieleraum mit Brett‑ und Kartenspielen sowie einer Nintendo Switch und einer PlayStation. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass die Kinder den Billardtisch in der Lobby jederzeit benutzen durften, was nicht in jedem Hotel selbstverständlich ist. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ausgesprochen kinderfreundlich.

Der Wellnessbereich bietet alles, was man sich wünscht: Bio‑Sauna, Finnische Sauna, Infrarotkabine, Dampfbad und einen schönen Ruhebereich.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig.

Das Abendessen wurde aufgrund der hohen Gästezahl in Buffetform angeboten. Dabei ist uns gelegentlich aufgefallen, dass einzelne Speisen nicht bis ganz zum Schluss verfügbar waren. Das ist zwar im Moment etwas schade, gleichzeitig hatten wir aber den Eindruck, dass hier bewusst und verantwortungsvoll mit Ressourcen umgegangen wird – und das fanden wir sehr positiv. Ich bin überzeugt, dass dies in Zeiten geringerer Auslastung anders aussieht.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Direkt vor dem Haus hält ein Bus, der bequem ins Zentrum oder zur Seilbahn fährt.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für Familien – wir kommen nächstes Jahr (mit Verstärkung) wieder

Cons:

Im Badezimmer wären zusätzliche Ablageflächen wünschenswert. In unserem Zimmer handelte es sich um ein innenliegendes Bad ohne Fenster. Eine Möglichkeit zur Entlüftung nach außen – sofern baulich umsetzbar – wäre hilfreich, um die Feuchtigkeit schneller abzuführen.

Für Spontan eine Unterkunft war es voll in Ordnung!!

Zimmer ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Frühstück (im Preis inbegriffen) ist gut und genug. Das Barservice ist gut und ausreichend.

Odličan porodicni hotel sa tradicijom. Dobra lokacija. Blizu ski bus stanice. Osoblje je nasmijana, prijatno i uvijek spremno da pomogne. Moramo da naglasimo da smo imali problem sa booking.com rezervacijom ali je osoblje bilo veoma prijatno u toj stresno situaciji i na kraju je rijesilo situaciju. Hrana na dorucku je raznovrsna i svijeza. Vecera je ukusna i meni je prilagođen različitim ukusima. Ski room je dobro zagrejana. Takodje, uvijek imate i djeciji meni. Spa je odlican, u bazenu je topla voda. Higijena u sobama vrhunska. Sve preporuke

Przyjemny kameralny hotel w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji. Ski Bus ma przystanek centralnie w bramie hotelu i jest ostatnim przystankiem do stoku, więc dojazd zajmuje 5 min, nie trzeba ruszać samochodu. przyjemna strefa SPA, dobre i obfite śniadania oraz smaczne obiadokolacje.

Cons:

Czasem utrudniona komunikacja z obsługą, niejasny system zamówień posiłków na obiadokolację- trzeba to robić przy śniadaniu.

A vacsora és az ebéd helyhez kötött. Kijelöltek 1 asztalt és nem lehetett máshova leülni. A szauna részlegben nem volt merülő.A vacsora látvány konyha volt....
