Ein wirklich gutes Hotel, welches ich gerne wieder besuche.
Pros:

Ein stilvolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Sehr freundliche sowie hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Das Bett war eher hart. Die Möblierung im Restaurant nicht optimal. Sehr kleine Tische, weiche Sessel.

La richiesta della CAUZIONE di €200 per la stanza che è già di per sé mi pare inopportuna per un hotel di questo livello, e il fatto che a distanza di quasi due settimane NON È STATA RIMBORSATA.

The hotel is brand new so the room was very very confortable and elegant.
The bed was so soft and huge!

Our stay at Palais Rudolf was excellent and truly exceeded our expectations, especially as this was our honeymoon.

The room had a beautiful view and, despite the hotel being centrally located, it was impressively quiet — something we really appreciated. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and a well-maintained space throughout our stay.

We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful surprise in the room (prosecco, a personal message, and a small treat), which made our arrival feel special.

The breakfast was rich and of very good quality, and the staff — both at reception and in the breakfast area — were consistently polite, professional, and helpful.

Overall, the hotel combines a boutique atmosphere with a high level of organization, and it’s clear that the current management is doing a great job.

We would definitely choose it again.

Excelente opción para visitar Viena.
Pros:

Estupenda ubicación para visitar a pie los principales monumentos de la ciudad. El hotel está recientemente reformado con un gusto impecable, las instalaciones funcionan a la perfección y el aislamiento acústico es sobresaliente, permitiendo un perfecto descanso. La habitación es amplia y la cama es muy cómoda. Los productos de baño son de Le Labo. La limpieza es excelente. El desayuno es muy completo, con opciones de preparados en la cocina. Por último, el equipo humano es muy amable, atento y eficaz, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno.

Struttura nuova, bella la camera e la sala colazione. La formula della colazione, non a buffet, mi é piaciuta molto, con possibilità di scegliere tra più proposte. Camera accogliente e bel bagno.

Amazing hotel, such friendly tentive staff
Pros:

The team were so tentive, such a warm welcome. Only a 10min walk into the main heart of Vienna. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel was so cozy and relaxing.
