I was arrived around 8PM Egypt time. My luggage has been in take care of the staff first while we process the payment, she bring it to our room. Once we arrived at our room, it was a big room with nice bed. The room have heater and aircon as the location is very near Nile River so the temperature will be below that other area. The receptionist, Reham really nice. And was surprised that we also got a big breakfast coming to our room. After all, everything is nice!

Hotel Security on the Main Gate outside asks to see my booking on the app which is not his job and Unprofessional.
The Reciption Girl at the checkout is asking me to wait till she check the room which is UnProfessional.
Hotel name is wrong on Booking which is Misleading.
Hotel name doesn’t exist on Google Map which is misleading to reach the Hotel.
The location existing on the booking app is Incorrect and not accurate which make it not reaching the hotel easily.

الغرف نضيفة و مجددة بالكامل
الافطار سئ جدا جدا و لا يوفر الفندق الا وجبة الإفطار
تفتيش حقيبة النزيل بحجة أنه فندق قوات مسلحة و لم أري مثل هذا الأمر في أي مكان آخر
شكرا للطاقم كافة وبالخصوص الاستاذه ريهام قمة في الأخلاق والادب والتعامل
بداية من الاستقبال كان اكثر من رائع وجميع موظفي الرسيبشن اخلاق عاليه تقدير للعميل وسرعة استجابه لأي خدمه .. الموقع رائع وقريب من أي وجهه ترغب بالذهاب لها والمكان نادي ضباط حراسة على مدار اليوم راحة وهدوء يوجد قاعات احتفال استمتعت بمشاهدة حفلات الزفاف المصريه رائعه وتغلق القاعات مبكرا لراحة الساكنين .. شكرا لكم من اعماق قلبي وباذن الله تتكرر الزيارة .. انصح وبشدة زيارة نادي الضباط للقوات المسلحة فندق لؤلؤة والسكن به
الجودة ضعيفة ولكن توجد جودة
مكان الفندق في نفس الاكاديمية ويوجد بعا قاعات للافراح يالايجار وهذا يجعل المكان مزعج وغير مريح بسب ضجيج الافراح
