Pros:

Wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices every morning.
The highlight was definitely the front desk staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly helped us book trips and even called places to help us make reservations. Their warm attitude and excellent service made a big difference.

Toll, würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Maisonette Zimmer bot sehr viel Platz und eine tolle Aussicht durch das Panoramafenster. Auch die riesige Badewanne war ein Traum. Der kurze Weg zur Altstadt war sehr angenehm und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für längere Aufenthalte (ich war eine Woche dort) wäre eine Kommode zur Unterbringung der Kleidung hilfreich. Beim Duschen schwankte die Wassertemperatur zwischen kalt und heiß. Beim Frühstück fehlten mir Rühreier und Speck.

Pros:

Highly recommend Crew hotel! The staff were lovely and really helped assist us in recommendations. Especially in booking a taxi to the airport last minute! The local restaurants right near our hotel were also 10/10! Buffet breakfast was great with different options on a daily. Complimentary juices, water bottles and coffee machines daily also! They use a pickup laundry service charged by weight, but if not the 24hr coin laundry shop is nearby (the lady there is very sweet ♡) A great stay in a great city!

De l eau a dispo à l accueil.

Cons:

Peut etre un peu petit pour deux adultes et un enfant, un troisième lit (deux lits simples) aurait été agréable. Sinon, RAS.

Surprising for a 3 star!
Pros:

Clean. Fairly good location, off the main area, so quiet and quaint. Coffee machine, juice and fruit available all day. Very appreciated!

Cons:

Plumbing was noisy sometimes...water running through the pipes . Pool was too cold to really enjoy. Needed more place for clothes! Hangers, drawer.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond my expectations - they helped me with everything I needed and always did so with a big, genuine smile. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet still just a short walk from the old city. The pool was also lovely. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m be coming back again soon!

Cons:

The only small issue was that the shower water pressure and temperature were sometimes inconsistent, occasionally switching between hot and cold. It wasn’t a major problem for me, but it’s something to be aware of.

Great stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and being able to help ourselves to coffee machine 24hrs a day was just great. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

Cons:

Beds were hard but that was our only negative. All of our positives far out weighed this one negative

Una estancia impecable en Chiang Mai
Pros:

Nos quedamos 3 noches en The Crew Hotel y la experiencia fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir súper bienvenidos. El personal es increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa.

La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para descansar después de recorrer Chiang Mai. La cama comodísima, el baño perfecto y todo muy bien cuidado.

Además, tuvimos un detalle precioso en la habitación porque estábamos celebrando nuestra “luna de miel”, algo que realmente marcó la diferencia y demuestra el nivel de atención que tienen con sus huéspedes. Fue un gesto que no olvidaremos.

La ubicación es excelente y el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo pero con mucha personalidad.

Sin duda, volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estadía tan especial!
