Nice stay in Chiang Mai
Pros:

Nice room, very clean, cleaned every day to a high standard. Good location once we got our bearings. Staff were friendly and helpful, they booked a couple of trips for us. The roof top pool was nice and we used it to cool off a couple of days. Overall a good stay.

Mi chiedo ancora come le personale possano dare recensioni alte a un hotel del genere. Prima di tutto la posizione lontana dal centro e con aerei che atterranno ogni dieci minuti sopra la tua testa fino all una di notte. Camera sporca trovata piena di capelli che ho chiesto di rimuovere senza successo. Personale che entra nella stanza senza permesso. Doccia impossibile da fare perché l acqua o e’ bollente o freddissima. Colazione misera con personale che ti guardava in cagnesco ogni volta che prendevi del cibo.

Good central place to stay, easy access to bars etc.
Pros:

Good central location, easy to walk to bars and other places. Family room was large and spacious but a little bit outdated style. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not very easy to control, deco was a bit outdated.

Presque parfait!
Pros:

Établissement très bien placé, dans un quartier branché, avec des restaurants et des boutiques ouvertes jusqu’à 22h00. Nous avons adoré.
Notre chambre était spacieuse. Un espace parental avec un lit 2 places et une sdb/WC + une très grande pièce avec 1 lit, un canapé et une sdb/WC.

Cons:

C’est vraiment dommage sinon cela aurait été un sans faute: l’accueil très froid au restaurant lorsque nous devions prendre notre petit-déjeuner à 6h30 pour partir en excursion.

Relaxing and most comfortable 👌
Pros:

The room was especially nice, beautiful design, comfortable furniture, nice bathrooms, adequate drawers and closet, and nice city views.
The location was also excellent for shooting, restaurants and walking.
The staff was particularly helpful and very nice
