Pros:

Had a very good breakfast and the room was clean

Cons:

After I had already seen they had a room on booking.com I thought I would call the hotel directly and see if I could get a better rate. I was told there were no more rooms available and maybe because I was needing their shuttle service but I can't prove that. So I went back on booking.com booked my room called an Uber and went to the hotel. Rest of the staff was fine this was done by the late afternoon check-in Clerk but I don't remember her name

Nice stay close to events and food.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. I liked the complementary airport shuttle and the walkability to restaurants and the Maverick center.

We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book here again.
Pros:

I loved the large jet tub in our room! I purposely booked that room specifically the tub and am so glad I did!

Cons:

The temperature in the bed area was noticeably colder than the rest of the room, even after we adjusted the temperatures.
