Good value, excellent location in the heart of Heraklion
Pros:

Comfy bed, shower, rooftop deck and friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

Hate the all glass doors into the bathroom!!! Guests want privacy, why would anyone think glass doors into the bathroom is a good idea.

Breakfast should be included in all rooms and all pricings.

Did not like paying for parking either.

Ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Es war jetzt mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Kastro Hotel. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Lage ist super. Vor allem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Zimmer im 5. Stock und die Dachterrasse war erstklassig.
Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Πολύ καλή διαμονή με μικρές λεπτομέρειες προς βελτίωση.
Pros:

Μας άρεσε πολύ, τα ομορφα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια, ήταν πολύ ανετα,το ωραίο μπαλκόνι στον 5ο όροφο για χαλάρωση,το πρωινό...και η μεγάλη ευγένια του προσωπικού να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Επίσης πολύ προσιτές τιμές! Σίγουρα στο μέλλον θα ήθελα να ξανα μείνω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, αξίζει με το παραπάνω σε αυτα τα χρήματα.

Cons:

Δεν μας αρεσε που στο μονοκλινο νο39 ειχε λίγους λεκέδες χαμηλα στο πάπλωμα, στο νο54 το βράδυ ακουγόταν αρκετα έντονα στο δωμάτιο ο εξαερισμός, μας ειχε δυσκολέψει τον ύπνο...

Overall, it was a good stay, but the renovation noise was very annoyin
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, everything was close by. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms and the bathroom were comfortable, and the staff was good especially the older employee at the reception

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that there was renovation work on the floor below me. The work started early in the morning and there were very annoying sounds, making it practically impossible to stay inside the room.

Pros:

Beliggenheden er perfekt i den centrale del af byen uden at ligge direkte på hovedstrøget. Værelset var virkeligt godt til prisen - god seng, moderne og praktisk indrettet. Personalet var søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende.
