Hotel is fine, reception 👎

Location & Room size
The breakfast was far to good!

Cons:

The hotel staff were unprofessional and did not know how to handle things properly. We couldn’t get clear or satisfactory answers to our questions. As a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), we had to book two separate rooms. Initially, our rooms were on different floors. We asked to be moved to the same floor, and although they changed the rooms, they then failed to move the baby crib to the new room. It took a very long time for them to find a solution.

Blizu je Rathausa,ima podzemnu garažu. Doručak je izgledao dobro ,mi smo samo kafu popili,dobili je gratis .

Cons:

Hotel je malo stariji,nameštaj je u ok stanju,jedino jastuke kao flis papir,tanak nikakav . Ko je u mogućnosti nek ponese svoj.

Pros:

Sauberes bequemes Zimmer, man konnte das Fenster zum Lüften kippen, Der Empfang war super nett und hilfreich! (Hatte mein Ladekabel vergessen).

Cons:

Stehlampe war kaputt, Möbel zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig einwandfrei benutzbar

Tolles Hotel, aber die gelangweilte Art der Mitarbeiterin war unnötig.

Die Rezeptionistin war mehr als unfreundlich. Bei Fragen nur die Augen verdreht. Sehr unangenracht.

Hotel bem localizado, embora necessitamos de usar metro para o centro da cidade.
Estação de metro a 5min a pe do hotel.
