The location of this hotel is excellent—perfectly central for exploring the city. The facade and common areas have truly beautiful architecture, and our room was indeed very large and bright.

However, our experience was seriously marred by a completely unacceptable issue. We had a reservation for 3 adults and the provided bed for the third adult was a very narrow, substandard rollaway.

This is not suitable for an adult. It clearly indicates that the hotel has not seriously considered the comfort of guests booking rooms for three people.

It's a shame, because sleep quality is fundamental to a stay.

This is beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are artfully decorate and cozy. The hotel staff is amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

המלון ממוקם במיקום מרכזי במיוחד בלב העיר העתיקה של קרקוב, בתוך מבנה היסטורי יפהפה משנת 1541. התארחנו באקזקיוטיב סוויט שהייתה גדולה ומרשימה, מעוצבת בטוב טעם ומשומרת בצורה יוצאת דופן. השירות היה מצוין והאווירה במקום מיוחדת.

Perfect location, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The rooms were spotlessly clean and I highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect location - right on the main square, lots of restaurants in the vicinity, easy access to everything.

Quirky old building- we knew that from other reviews. The room was quiet, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure in the shower. Overheated, but we find that in most hotels, and we couldn’t get the room temperature down adequately. Didn’t stop us sleeping well though.

Very good breakfast. Lovely staff in every department.

We ate in the restaurant on our first night. Good food but expensive. Ditto drinks. But then you are right on the main square overlooking the Christmas market!

Can't ask for a better location - north side of the old market square which hosts the Christmas fair. Some rooms will overlook.

Small - 14 or so rooms so not a big venue.

Our room (305) was tastefully decorated and a decent size for what we paid.

All staff interactions very positive. Nice people work here. Krakow has a large student population and you'll likely find them serving you at some point - all speak good English.

Didn't use the bar or the evening restaurant but breakfast was very good including mimosa options if that's your thing...

This is definitely a family-owned "boutique" hotel, with great attention to detail.

The staff was very kind and helpful when I arrived with an unexpected mobility problem. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The location was perfect for the Christmas Market and any other time of the year to enjoy Krakow. The room was lovely and quiet. Really a perfect place to be to enjoy this beautiful city.

Emplacement strategique en plein centre avec acces direct sur la place principale de la ville ( grand marche de noel).
Le standart de l'hotel est au top niveau et merite ses 5 etoiles.
Toutes les equipes de l'hotel ( reception, restaurant, nettoyage des chambres) sont tres agreables et professionnelles.
Le petit dejeuner est servi au restaurant avec un petit buffet mais aussi un choix de petits dejeuners a la carte, compris dans le prix du petit dejeuner.
L'hotel donne un sentiment de securite.
Malgre la situation de l'hotel sur la place centrale, notre chambre etait d'un calme absolu ( double vitrage et insonorisation parfaite).
