During the summer we close our indoor restaurants and bars and open our outdoor restaurant Vingården on our cozy courtyard.

Please note that the restaurants require reservations in advance.

Mooi hotel maar slecht bed.
Pros:

De locatie. Hotel ziet en mooi uit met alle schepen. Kamers zien er goed uit. Mooie kleuren en fijne badkamer.

Cons:

Het bed. Wat een ramp was dit. Een zeer klein 2 persoonsbed met zo’n kuil erin. Omrollen zorgde ervoor dat gehele bed beweegt.

Old & Dangerous - Face injured by falling metal grille - hotel response worse than the incident
Pros:

Nothing felt the same after the health and safety incident that happened within the first minutes of my stay.

I was left with a visible scar on my forehead - and I can only say I feel fortunate it wasn’t something more serious.

Unfortunately, this experience affected my entire stay in Stockholm. I had travelled for a professional event, including meetings and presentations, and it was difficult to focus and feel comfortable in those moments.

It’s disappointing when something like this overshadows what should have been an important and positive trip.

Cons:

Shortly after check-in, upon entering my room, a ventilation grille detached from the ceiling and struck my forehead, causing bleeding and shock. I documented and sent everything with photos to management.

What followed was more concerning than the incident itself:

initially advised I could remain in the same room and wait for maintenance
offered a 200 SEK restaurant voucher
no follow-up in the following days
impossible reaching the hotel via several listed email addresses
later informed that no one was aware about the incident.

I was eventually moved to another room, and I also raised concerns about checking other rooms for safety.

I had to request a partial adjustment to the bill, and even arranging a taxi to the airport appeared challenging. I was also told about a potential gesture that could only be sent by post at a later stage.

The staff I interacted with were kind and tried to assist, but appeared very limited in what they could do.

Accidents can happen. The response makes the difference.

Unfortunately, this experience affected not only my stay but also left me a scar on the face.
I would not choose to stay here again & would not recommend.
