Freundliches, nervenstarkes Personal! Top gelegen! Fairer Preis!
Pros:

Top Lage und super freundliches Personal, das selbst dann noch ruhig bleibt, wenn (in dem Fall osteuropäische) Gäste im Schlafanzug und in Badelatschen durch den Frühstücksraum schlurfen und den Tisch wie ein Schlachtfeld hinterlassen. Hochachtung! Das Büfett: reichlich. Das Zimmer: top sauber. Späte Anreise: Es wird gewartet, bis alle da sind. Top! Und vielen Dank!

Cenovo výhodné ubytovanie blízko Kaprunu s reštauráciou. Ak máte radi ticho, choďte inam.
Pros:

Moderná zrekonštruovaná kúpeľňa, krásne čistá. V hoteli je wellness a výťah, čo je super keď máte veľka kufrov alebo ste starší človek. Izby sú väčšie ako priemer. Pri dovolenke v zime oceníte sušiareň na lyže a lyžiarky. Starší pán čašník bol veľmi príjemný a profesionálny. Páčilo sa nám množstvo propagačných materiálov na recepcii hotela, informácie k vlekom a skipasom. Reštaurácia priamo v hoteli, nemusíte nikam ísť. Výdatná večera za dobrú cenu, čapované pivo, príjemná atmosféra. Stabilná wifi.

Cons:

Koberce na chodbách a izbách - všade kde boli, bola cítiť stuchlina. Nepomohlo ani výdatné vetranie. Lepší by bol laminát. Steny sú tenké, všetko počuť - vodu, WC, deti a pod. Dvere veľmi slabo tesnia, búchajú keď ostatní hostia otvárajú dvere na schody a do izieb, aj keď sú zamknuté. Je to rušivé. Posteľ je veľká, prikrývky teplé ale matrace by bolo dobré vymeniť, sú preležané, ležíte ako v koryte.
Staršia pani z obsluhy bola na prvé stretnutie dosť nepríjemná. Asi nám nebolo dore rozumieť ale nie každý vie nemecky na takej úrovni ako domáci. Na druhý deň už bola milšia. Vadil mi neskorý začiatok raňajok - o 7,45 h. Väčšinu hostí v zime tvoria lyžiari. Vleky začínajú premávať o 8,30 h, cesta do strediska trvá min. 30 min. Raňajky by v zime mali začínať najneskôr o 07,15 h.
V cene zaplateného ubytovania mala byť Summer Card ale žiadnu sme nedostali.

Direkt in Fusch - an der Glocknerstraße
Pros:

Den zunächst etwas holprigen Empfang auf Niederländisch hat schnell eine Dame mit der gewohnten salzburgerischen Freundlichkeit übernommen. Parkplätze gab´s auf der anderen Straßenseite. Im Restaurant konnten wir lecker zu Abend essen und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ auch (fast) keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren bei unserer Ankunft bereits schön warm!

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen war sehr gut.
Wellnessbereich sehr sauber, Sauna klasse, das Dampfbad war uns zu heiß.
Beheizter und abschließbarer Skiraum war leicht zu erreichen. Skischuhwärmer genügend vorhanden

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu weich.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut hervorragend – direkt an der malerischen Alpenpassstraße zum Großglockner gelegen. Ideal für Motorradfahrer, Wanderer und Naturliebhaber. Die Aussicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt ist atemberaubend, und man ist in kürzester Zeit mitten im Hochgebirge. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren und Ausflüge in die Natur. Unser Zimmer war Sauber und hatte einen tollen Ausblick mit riesigen Balkon.

Cons:

Leider waren wir mit dem Verhalten einiger Mitarbeiter sehr unzufrieden. Zusagen, die uns im Vorfeld – teils telefonisch – direkt von der Inhaberin gemacht wurden, wurden vor Ort ignoriert oder als „Missverständnis“ abgetan, obwohl wir diese mehrfach klargestellt hatten. Es entsteht deutlich der Eindruck, dass die interne Kommunikation zwischen Eigentümerin und Personal nicht funktioniert. Besonders der abendliche Mitarbeiter wirkte unflexibel und uns gegenüber deutlich abwertend im Ton.
Ein absolutes No-Go: Ein Mitarbeiter hat unser Zimmer ohne vorheriges Klopfen einfach mit einem Generalschlüssel geöffnet, während wir uns darin aufhielten.

Das ist ein massiver Eingriff in die Privatsphäre und absolut inakzeptabel.

Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch irritierte uns, dass für ein Rührei ein Aufpreis verlangt wurde – das haben wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt. In unseren Augen wäre es besser, es entweder ganz wegzulassen oder klar darauf hinzuweisen.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war die durchgelegene Matratze, die den Schlafkomfort leider stark beeinträchtigt hat.
