Great Location, Clean and Fresh room with experienced and helpful staff. Restaurants close buy and open late. Zoo just across the street and eazy acess to public transit
Paige is amazing. Very calm and nice flow. She gave us several
Options for each pose to adjust.
Great location. Rooms a bit dated but the view and location make it totally worth it, great value for this area. Had a great free sunrise yoga class with Paige!
7 am Yoga Class with Paige on Waikiki Beach was spectacular. Paige is such a gentle and kind human who radiates great energy and allows you to truly feel the Aloha spirit. I highly recommend taking a class with her. Thank you Paige.
Very nice hotel 1min from the beach. Towels, chairs, umbrellas and boards all park of the resort fee. Staff were very helpful. Would stay here again
Loved the zen fitness yoga class offered at the beach Paige really helped with the “zen” factor a perfect start of the day by the beach ,she made us attune with our surroundings of beautiful Waikīkī.
Paige is a thoughtful yoga instructor. I had a pleasant time on the beach in our class. :) She arrived well equipped and offered alternative positions for various abilities. The class was an hour. Great was to start the day!
Loved the yoga class with Page. She explains everything so clearly and creates such peaceful energy 🤍
Very good experience on the beach. Then instructor was wonderful.
Very good people in front desk I’m highly recommend this hotel and very good valet service for parking lots and hotel in first lane on the beach 🏝️
The only good things about this accommodation were the view and the closeness to the beach. I didn't like sharing the room with cockroaches. There was black mold in the shower, and the bathroom sink faucets barely worked. The housekeeping was very poor. They made the bed every other day, but didn't change the sheets the entire week that were filled with holes. The television was extremely small compared to today's standards. The A?C was on 24/7, because the controller didn't appear t function properly. The noise from the beach area was extremely loud. The establishment should be more straightforward with the cost of parking ($50/night plus tip).
The rooms are very small. Our room was located between the elevator and the housekeeping storage room. The carpet in the room was old and smelly. The toilet was not clean and I re-cleaned it on my own. There was constant noise from both people using the elevator and from the staff entering the storage room. The elevator was always dirty with sand. Seems like it was never vacuumed. The premises, furniture and decor were dirty and old. The website says the rooms would be cleaned every other day. We had to ask the staff to clean the rooms. The towels were raggedy and the sheets/pillowcase had old stains. The fitness room was really small like it was an after thought. All of these things were brought to the attention of the staff and the general manager but nothing was done. Everyone smiled and did nothing about it. Will upload photos to verify what I've posted. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and Lulu's restaurant. Some of the staff were helpful and cordial.
Great session with Paige, perfect way to start the day, the beach was beautiful and Paige tailored her class for everyone, thank you!
Great place and staff. Very close to the Waikiki beach. Try the yoga class on the beach with Paige it is a beautiful experience.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled the world.
The rooms are dated, the carpets are moth eaten and the AC sounds like a F16 on tickover!
Early morning building work next door as well.
Also the lift crashed to the ground and 12 of us, 5 adults and 7 children were trapped for 1 hr until we were rescued by the firefighters.
The other family left the hotel that day, we remained and have been offered $100 compensation which has never materialised.
No apology what so ever apart from the hotel accusation that we over loaded it.
It’s capable of 2500llbs and no early over weight alarm was signaled so it wasn’t overweight just poorly maintained.
The pool parasols are shredded and this seems to be the theme around this tired poorly managed hotel with zero customer care or wellbeing.
STAY HERE AT YOUR PERIL!
If you’re looking for a spot where the location does all the heavy lifting, this is it. You’re literally steps away from the sand and right next to the main bus routes, making it incredibly easy to get around without a car. To be fair, the building itself has seen better days—it definitely feels a bit "retro" and could use some TLC in the rooms. But if you’re the type of traveler who just needs a home base to crash in after a long day of exploring and beach-hopping, the convenience and price point make it a solid choice.
A deceptive high rise hotel in Waikiki - from outside it looks like twin building of nearby Marriott, from inside it is a dated Motel 6 - leaking bathroom, 0 room amenities (not even a coffee machine), uncomfortable beds with 1980 style blanket vs comforters; aggravated by rude staffs. Worse, the pricetag. I paid 2k for 3 nights during Christmas holidays for this underwhelming hotel experience. Writing this review so people don't get deceived from the photos before booking.
Positive : location is good, thought at the very end of waikiki strip.
The rooms and view are different from website description. Booked an ocean view room but was assigned to a fourth floor pool view room with construction going on outside the door. The hotel should be transparent about construction noise. The hotel ruined my time in Waikiki. The bed is very uncomfortable and over used.
