Le service à table est peut-être bien, cela permet d'avoir moins de perte, mais si l'on séjourne une semaine, le plateau serait-il différent ?
Sur notre séjour de quelques jours, il était identique.
Bénéficier de l'une des dernières chambres de l'hôtel, dans les combles au 2e étage sans ascenseur, avec des problèmes au genou, c'était compliqué.
Durant la 1re nuit, bien difficile, j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait beaucoup d'air qui passait au niveau de la fenêtre (petite tempête cette nuit-là) jusqu'à ce que je me rende compte le lendemain matin qu'elle était mal fermée 🫤. Certainement le service de chambre !
Je trouve qu'il manquait également un peignoir de bain, bien pratique pour sortir de la douche.
Nous avons séjourné dans un 4 étoiles ailleurs il y a quelques mois et les prestations étaient meilleures !
Concernant le petit déjeuner, une table plus grande aurait été mieux je pense.
L’emplacement est top juste à l’entrée du centre ville proche de la grand place
L’hôtel est très stylé . On avait pris la suite présidentielle . Petit dej servi à table et très bien servi ! Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant . Il y a des parkings aux alentours à une dizaine de marche à pieds . Sinon , il y a un service de valet pour aller garer votre voiture dans un parking payant en laissant votre voiture à l’entrée de l’hôtel .
Le parking p6 est le plus proche mais nous c’était complet car le samedi c’est jour de marché , on a trouvé le parking proche de la gare . Il était à 9 e/ jour et au final , on a rien payé du week-end.

Het bed: véél te dun dekbed voor de tijd van dit jaar en het matras was van erg matige kwaliteit: veel te zacht met een kuil in het matras..
In de woonkamer van het appartement lag een kleed op de grond waarvan een hoek vh kleed gekruld was, makkelijk om over te struikelen /vallen. Aangegeven bij de dame van de receptie maar die wist dat zei ze en: "dat was al vanaf het begin" ...??
De badkamer is heel erg klein inclusief wc. Geen plankje of ruimte voor toilettas(sen)
Verlichting in het appartement is erg ongezellig, soort van oranje/geel licht in de woonkamer. Verlichting in slaapkamer is prima. De ruimte en balkon bij de slaapkamer ook prima.

No warning at time of booking that the duplex suite was dark and small and had very steep potentially dangerous steps.
No mention at time of check in that hotel doors locked at 10pm and how to gain access after lockup.

Excellent breakfast formula. Excellent location.
Difficult access to the room. Room was small and organized in a way that circulating with two people was really difficult. This was not clear from the pictures or description of the room.
The walls are poorly insulated, so nightly noises from other guests were disturbing.
Public car parking is at a distance and rather expensive
