No window while the Booking facilities list the city view
My questions before I check-in were ignored
WiFi speed was just about 2 Mbps with quite big ping but still usable
Only 2 power outlets while 1 of them behind the TV
No hot water for showering (temperature as from bak mandi, just showerhead instead of gayung)
Many noises because of the thin door / no soundproofing
The AC remote controller's display has many dead pixels and the AC itself seems to have only 2 modes (on and off) ignoring the set temperature but maybe it was just my experience
I didn't like the furniture (crumbling bedside tables and the hangers in an inconvenient position)

Just Good Nothing Amazing.
Pros:

Nothing much I like except the location.

Cons:

Property charge me 50k for little blood stain on pillow.So my question if I checked with stained bedsheet, stained ceiling and faulty phone (since my last stay around May till July)the room 602 still faulty.So the hotel staff didn’t bother to check and fix the faulty phone.Everytime I need something I have to use my mobile phone to call and WhatsApp text to the receptionist.Can I ask for discount in future?Little stain on pillow sheet that’s hotel job to replaced n wash once guests check out why must charged me 50k?

Pros:

The room is very clean and comfortable and the staffs are friendly and accommodating especially the staffs Audi,Fadil and the security Wahyu is very friendly and helpful and Kadir security become my new good friends in Batam Indonesia.The body wash smell is very good than before and I love my stay here.I highly recommended this hotel.
