Pros:

Staff was very kind. Beds were comfortable. We had room next to elevator but we were disturbed by it. Very nice location. If we go again to Vienna we will stay here.

Cons:

Поисках ранно настаняване, между 10-11часа. Те писаха, че не потвърждават,но ще направят всичко възможно. Като пристигнахме оставихме куфари на рецепция, защото казаха,че по-рано от 13 часа не могат да ни настанят. Аз разбирам, че позволяват на клиентите до 12 на обяд да държат стаята, и съответно те реално не могат да приготвят стаята. Просто трябва да се каже- ранното настаняване е от 13 часа. Няма нужда от празни обещания.

Am stat 4 nopti dar lenjeriile nu au fost schimbate, in schimb prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, easy to locate and very friendly staff. Hotel is not near any of the main attractions/things to see however it is near a tram stop/underground/train station. You can get the D team from Franz-Josef station which takes you to the parliament/hofburg area and from there everything is walkable!
