Would stay here again in the colder months
Pros:

I liked that the apartment was close to the city centre and other attractions by bus metro and tram. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have at least one option of food across from the apartment.

Cons:

The noise from above from the chairs scraping the floors at 2 am. No markets in the neighborhood. Lack of accessibility to extra supplies such as toilet paper and garbage bags.

Buen apartamento - precio elevado, atención al cliente mejorable
Pros:

Apartamento muy nuevo y funcional - muy pequeño pero bonito y cómodo para nosotros (familia de 2 adultos + 2 peques). La cocina está bien pero le falta equipamiento - hay como 4 platos, 4 vasos y una sartén. No hay tostadora, no hay una superficie (tabla o lo que sea donde cortar…). Por casi 800€ x 3 noches, espero algo más equipado. Pero repito que el apartamento es bonito, limpio y nos hizo buena función para disfrutar de Amsterdam. Parada de bus a 5min con bus que en 10/15 te deja en Centraal.

Cons:

Todo el sistema de comunicación es a través de app o whatsapp. Esto me puede parecer bien hasta que tienes un problema y agradecerías poder hablar con alguien por telefono. Llegamos a las 21:30pm y hacia frío. Descargamos el coche con nuestras 2 peques,aparcamos el la calle y vamos hacia la puerta del piso con el código que nos han proporcionado. No funciona (el código no abre) ni para el piso ni para el parking, intentamos de todas las maneras. Al final, escribo x whats y tardo otros 15min en conectar con alguien que tras esperar para sus respuestas (ya llevamos 30 min en la calle a 13 grados con niñas de 2 y 5) me dice que me podran abrir el piso pero no el parking, que aparquemos donde podamos y nos reembolsaran. Solo por whats, no consigo hablar con nadie por telf, aunque lo pido. No acostumbro a quejarme porque he trabajado en atención al cliente muchos años, pero creo que en esos momentos y a esas horas, una persona „real“ marca la diferencia.

房间品质很好，各类设施齐全，在阿姆斯特丹能住这种品质的房间很不容易了，住得很舒服

Cons:

位置在市区北面，相对市区来说肯定是远一些，但是如果买了交通通票，并且旅行时间也相对充裕的话那就不是问题
