Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen
Pros:

Leider hatten wir dieses Mal ein Zimmer im EG (Zimmer 011) erwischt, welches unter dem Restaurant lag. Hier war ab 6.00 Uhr nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken. Und auch in der übrigen Zeit war es verhältnismäßig laut, da das Zimmer beim Fitnessstudio und beim Übergang zum anderen Hotel liegt. Wir würden das nächste Mal gern ein anderes Zimmer wählen, also im 2. oder 3. OG. Ansonsten haben wir uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen war schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Die Massagen haben uns sehr gut getan. Wir kommen gern wieder, aber wie gesagt, bitte das nächste Mal in einem anderen Bereich, wo wir Ruhe finden.

Le lieu, le balcon, les soins et les espaces extérieurs. L’esthéticienne était très sympathique.

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception du bâtiment principal parlait peu l’anglais et aucunement français. Peu accueillant et peu souriant.

Worst 4-Star Experience I’ve Ever Had
Pros:

Very disappointed with my stay at Ensana Centrální Lázně.

For a 4-star hotel, the service is shockingly bad. The staff do not speak even basic English and make no effort to communicate. Instead of helping, they are rude, dismissive, and clearly unwelcoming toward foreign guests.

Simple requests — like asking for a cup of coffee — were refused without explanation. No room service support, no professionalism, no hospitality.

The overall attitude made me feel uncomfortable and treated differently as a foreigner. For the high price they charge, this experience is absolutely not worth it.

I strongly do not recommend staying here.

Ein toller Ort zum Abschalten und Entspannen! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Eine sehr schönes, mondänes und zentral gelegenes Hotel; es ist sehr weitläufig, stets ruhig und ohne jegliche Hektik. Es bietet sehr viele interne Wellness- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (Bäder, Trinkkuren, Saunen, Massagen etc. ) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die interne Verbindung unter mehreren Ensana-Hotels ist hervorragend gelöst.

Cons:

Kleine Minuspunkte gibt es beim Restaurant: Die Auswahl an Brötchen könnte besser sein, der angebotene Saft ist stark verwässert.

Leider wirklich furchtbar, ich bin verfrüht wieder abgereist.

Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich.

Cons:

Sauna und Pool waren geschlossen, ohne dass dies bei der Buchung ersichtlich gewesen wäre. Eine Unverschämtheit. Die Möglichkeit, in irgendwelchen andern Hotels ersatzweise den Pool zu benutzen, ist kein Ersatz.
Auf den Fluren läuft ständig Musik, die man leider auch im Zimmer deutlich hört. Es ist also niemals ruhig. Entspanntes Lesen auf dem Zimmer ist dadurch unmöglich. Schlimm.

Snídaně bylo primitivní, špatná káva. Wi-fí nestačí na video. Pozdější check-out nedali. Samé toulání chodbami. Parkování je daleko. Velký bazén někteří hosté využívali jako aquapark. Cena neodpovídá kvalitě.

Krásné prostředí a profesionální přístup všech zúčastněných.

Cons:

Nedostatkem byl zavřený bazén a nové lázně, což jsme se dozvěděli až na místě. Přitom to bylo jedno z hlavních kritérií, které rozhodovaly o výběru lázeňského hotelu.

Pros:

Vše bylo v pořádku, byli jsme již 3x. Při odjezdu jsme zapomněli na pokoji notebook, tak velmi oceňujeme serióznost personálu za rychlé a poctivé jednání. Moc děkujeme.

Cons:

Ocenila bych na pokoji konvici na přípravu kávy a čaje. Ale všude jsou samozřejmě úžasné kavárny.
