Pros:

The room was really clean and their system was easy to understand. The location and area is just as in the description and the staff is friendly. I booked the room for my parents, who don't speak English, but everyone were friendly with them.

Cons:

However, their app for check-ins and check-outs was not working, but it caused no problem, because we were able to recieve the codes by e-mail in person as well.

Pros:

Everything was very nive. The room was comfortable and clean and the facilities exceeded my expectations. It's a very nice place for people who also want to work during their travel.

Ottimo soggiorno a Vienna
Pros:

Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Eravamo in 9 e abbiamo tutti apprezzato le camere. Il personale è stato molto gentile non solo nel rispondere alle mie domande nei giorni precedenti ma anche durante il soggiorno.
Le stanze sono calde, comode e pulite.
La struttura è collegata bene con i mezzi pubblici anche se non è vicinissima al centro.

Cons:

Magari sarebbe un plus se, oltre a quello che mi è sembrato un copri materasso, ci fosse anche un lenzuolo.

Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Byliśmy na jedną noc w drodze. Wystrój hotelu lobby bardzo przyjemny. Darmowa kawka i herbata w lobby na plus. Pokoje czyste i przyjemne. Dodatkowy atut w postaci siłowni i pokoju do gier i zabaw.

Cons:

Jedyny mankament to zbyt gorąco w pokoju. Była zima, ale ogrzewanie było włączone na maksa, a że ogrzewanie jest w postaci ogrzewania podłogowego to tak szybko temperatura nie uciekła po skręceniu termostatu, więc spaliśmy przy otwartym oknie. Poza tym wszystko ok.
