Although we did not end up staying at Palm Tree Club Miami, I want to recognize their outstanding customer service. After booking, we realized the property wasn’t the right fit for our travel style. Our reservation was non-refundable, and I fully understood that policy.

As a special same-day courtesy exception, the hotel graciously approved our cancellation. They absolutely did not have to do that, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and prompt communication.

Their team handled everything with kindness and class, and I’m very grateful for their understanding.

location was decent

Cons:

lot of things, hidden 20 dollars charges, i was given room in a different building which was terrible, broken lift, had to carry my luggage to 4th floor, dirty stairs, rooms poorly cleaned, and on top of everything construction going in next plaza, woke me up early morning. luckily i stayed for one night only. Would never recommend this even for 100 dollars.

The advertising of this location was deceiving, and the hotel room could have been cleaner.

The location was convenient and there were places to walk to.

Cons:

There was no restaurant on location, no breakfast as advertised. There was a club that is only open two days a week and was a separate business than the hotel so the hotel front desk staff did not know anything about it. The bathroom was old, the toilet ran non-stop and the door did not close all the way.

So I had read the reviews regarding an elevator, not working, which I knew that we had upgraded to a Bayview room and that we would probably have to use the stairs so that was no surprise but yes it’s definitely down with no chance of being open soon. What was very, very disappointing was when we arrived they give you a printed handout with the Wi-Fi passwords and property information and a telephone number for the front desk, which doesn’t get answered and what I thought was funny was that they also listed all the weekly specials at the restaurant. Well, that’s cool and everything if the restaurant was actually ever open, which they told us is only open for special, not for any of the daily features that are listed on their flyer. So do not expect any type of dining or drinks while staying there unless you want to count the coffee dispenser thing that’s located in the lobby. No amenities such as a coffee maker or a microwave so that you could at least heat up food that you could bring from other restaurants to your room.
Also, this was a bit concerning, but on one of our nights we were woken up at around 1:40 in the morning by a fire alarm going off throughout the building. We opened the door and went outside to look to see what was going on and did not notice any smoke or reason to think that there was a fire. My friend called the front desk and the phone rang over and over and over and finally when it was answered, they said they didn’t know what was going on either. Nobody communicated to any of the guests whether we needed to evacuate or if everything was OK. Which is concerning when you have five flights of stairs to go down should you need to evacuate. After about 40 minutes the loud buzzing fire alarm stopped, but the repeated warning down on the main floor, continued to go off.
If you’re looking for an OK issue that may or may not be safe in a decent location overlooking the bay that’s about all that you’ll get

There were iguanas by the pool.

My girlfriend and I got lice, the view that we had was construction from the property next to the hotel and there was a crackhead that seemed like he lived on the hotel parking lot. Gave me shady hotel vibes.

A vista para o mar e a localização do hotel, no norte de Miami Beach é incrível, apesar da vista do quarto não ser tão boa, pois é virado para o estacionamento, ainda conseguíamos ver o mar, também tinha a área da piscina e um terraço com boa vista.

Cons:

O hotel possui duas torres, as fotos, que são melhoradas digitalmente, são apenas de uma das torres. Elevador com o assoalho todo quebrado, teto com vazamento, cheiro forte de maconha dos outros apartamentos e havia "café da manhã", mas somente quando chegamos fomos informados que o restaurante estava em reforma.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Booked this stay because my daughter had a room here and we’re traveling together. I was put on the 4th floor with no elevator, above a club that sounds like a rave, with no parking near the building I’m in because that was reserved for the club. And before you think I just didn’t like the loud music, nope.. here for a cruise for head bangers. On site restaurant closed and just so loud with street noise. The elevator outage and parking issue is what really kills it for me. I read one review that shared they didn’t receive the deposit. Will lose it if that happens

Clout & Style over substance. High-End Prices, Low-End Reliability
Pros:

The location is undeniably prime --perched right on Biscayne Bay between main land Miami and Miami Beach. It provides serene water views, and is a short 8-10 minute drive to the beach. Regrettably, the property relies entirely on its geography; once you look past the view, the experience falls short in every other category.

Cons:

While this property has clearly undergone a beautiful renovation with a cool, modern vibe, the service levels do not match the price point.

Communication Issues: I attempted to call the hotel multiple times during my one-hour drive to provide my early arrival time (as requested by their own listing), but no one ever picked up.

Hidden Fees: Be aware there is a "surprise" $150 security deposit required at check-in, which remains as a hold for over four days post-checkout.

Front Desk Responsiveness: After a long drive, we used the room towels and needed fresh ones for later that evening. While getting ready for our night out, I called the front desk 7 times in a single hour to request fresh towels, only to be ignored. I eventually had to walk down to the lobby to ask for them in-person.

Cons:

We checked in and wasn't told elevator was broken. Front desk should've atleat notified us or accomdated. So they gave us the 5th floor and was told there was no other floor available. The lady checking us in didn't explain or tell us anything about the location. We decided to go get something to eat and it showed restaurant closed at 9 pm. We got there at 8:40 and was told it was closed. We needed a room because there was issues at our place and we had to evacuate for the day/night
