Nice personal - allways helpfull

Liked • The room was clean and very quiet and the beds comfortable, not too hard. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The location was great, walkable to most sights and the city center. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

Disliked • Breakfast was the same every day (only the pastries changed) and didn't have enough variety. For example, there was no fish, hummus, salads, dips, pancakes, boiled eggs, fried eggs, or any fried potatoes or hash browns on the buffet. The fruit was unripe/hard every day (melon and kiwis). The coffee machine on the right side delivers only lukewarm coffee. I mentioned it every day, but nothing was done about it. The room was exceptionally small for 2 people, about 16 sqm. We received a partial refund as they didn't have the room category we had booked.

Perfect place to base out of for a visit to Vienna! Very close to museums, great small boutique shopping and interesting, independently owned cafes. Easy to use Ubahn station very close by that can take you anywhere in the City.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was large and simply furnished, perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast was very well stocked with plenty of wait staff to help navigate the buffet.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to stay that is off the beaten path.

The hotel is well located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very tired and old. The rooms are small and have limited amenities.
The air-con controls don’t work.
The hotel could do with an overhaul.

We stayed only one night after spending a few nights at another hotel. The hotel is located at an alley, a bit dark street with either a bar or a hotel bar across with loud youngsters partying, at least on the weekend. No water in the room and the room looked depressing. Kind of a high end room from a communist era.

Great buffet breakfast. Our room was very spacious and clean. Small fitness area and sauna available to use for duration of stay. Staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

This property is all about the location. It is situated just behind the museum quarter and has lots of bars and restaurants around. It’s spectacular around Christmas time with all the lovely markets. The hotel is very quiet with lots of lovely staff around willing to help. The rooms are quite spacious with lovely clean bathrooms. I’ve stayed here three times and will continue to do so.

Location is ideal , if you want to get the train from the airport it’s very simple and so cheap if you use the local train rather than the specific airport tourist train. The underground is approx 5 mins walk from the hotel .

Reception check in was fast and efficient and an extra bonus that our room was ready when we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the official check in time . Luggage storage is available if not though, which we used on the last day .

Room was equipped with everything we needed , it was warm , but after cold days out it was welcome. Small fridge was stocked with some soft drinks on the first day . The room also had a small dressing room alcove which was very cute . Free safe , always handy . I understand there is a scheme whereby you can go without room service for two days and have a free drink instead , but we didn’t take advantage of the offer .

I did have an outstanding query regarding the room tariff, and the receptionist checked it out with the manager and sorted it to our satisfaction which was much appreciated.

Staff at breakfast were all very friendly, and there was a good selection of food , constantly topped up .

All areas of the hotel we saw were clean and well maintained.

Perfect location for many of the Christmas markets , the museum quarter and City Centre .

Awesome hotel, quiet city view room with view of domes all around! Location superb with ez walk to Museum Quarter and Hofburg Palace and metro line and hop on hop off bus etc. Bar and small cafe in lobby convenient too! Brkfst, soup, sandwiches. And an atm in lobby too! Front desk good too!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was on first floor facing fhe street, was a little loud both inside and out but other than that a great stay

Great location and staff cannot be more helpful. I would say that a cosy room is just that. And maybe too cosy for two people!
However, great location and would just say opt for a more larger room. Otherwise super.

My room at this hotel was very comfortable, quiet, and really clean. Lots of choice for what to eat at breakfast. All members of staff were friendly, helpful, and gave useful information to save us money using local transport.

I plan to return to Vienna in the future and would definitely try to book here first.

Plenty of choice for your morning breakfast

The hotel is within the vicinity of most of the place of interest ,such as museum quarter just the back . Also it is accessible to public transport. Cleanliness is paramount everyday they replenish towels and cleaning the room .Staffs in the restaurant specially working on the breakfast are nice, friendly and helpful . The only negative that I noticed was the receptionist. Usually receptionist should be welcoming and approachable but here not at all, even when you asked for info just gave you limited.

Great hotel and a good location for exploring Vienna.

Location is fine. Rooms were worser than I expected because ;

1) after taking shower bathtub is full of water.

2) tv in room 519 is very badly positioned it may cause injuries or tv can broken down if you hit it. If you go to toilet in night you should be very careful

3 ) why you put only one shower jel and shampoo for 2 person room?? First time I ve ever seen it Economical reasons or something else ?

4 ) no sleepers in rooms and room view is looking to 1 meter wall anyway
