Pros:

The location was great - we didn't even realize how good it was at first. The breakfast was nice and everybody that worked at the hotel was helpful - very happy with our choice. The heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus as well!

Cons:

Maybe just include the sauna with the hotel?

Great hotel, beautifully styled, very central, lovely staff.
Pros:

Really lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was a smaller selection than other hotels, but was really delicious and turned out to be exactly enough! The rooms felt large and interiors felt personalised and a lot of details and effort went into the styling. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room. Such a great location, right in the heart of Gamla Stan. It was a 30 second walk to the palace so we were able to pop out and see the changing of the guards at a moments notice which was really cool.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is cost - but I feel like everything in Scandinavia is quite expensive, so compared to the rest in the area it was adequately priced.

Superfint, mysigt, och perfekt läge, en riktig favorit!
Pros:

Det var tredje gången jag bott här, och det är verkligen supertrevligt, jättefint och kanonbra på alla sätt. Hela hotellet är så vackert inrett, rummen mysiga och personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var jättegod. Läget i princip oslagbart.

Cons:

Det finns absolut ingenting att klaga på!

Perfect hotel in Old Town.

Fantastic location in the Old Town. A short walk also to catch sightseeing boat. The hotels decor was amazing.

Excellent time capsule in Gamla Stan (old town)
Pros:

The front desk lady, Zara, was amazing! When we checked in, she spent a considerable amount of time recommending restaurants and places to visit in the Gamla Stan (old town) area of Stockholm. Gamla Stan is a great area to stay in; very historic and scenic.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent and the staff really friendly.
It was obvious that the owners of the property spent a great deal of time and effort decorating the hotel with interesting and well placed antiques throughout the property.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

立地最高！部屋もきれいで気持ちよく泊まれます。少し高いけどおすすめ！
Pros:

ノーベル博物館、大聖堂が近くにある最高の立地です。
朝食もビュッフェ形式でおいしくいただけました。
お部屋も清潔感があってよい感じ(HPの写真通りの印象)でした。

Cons:

窓からの景色が中庭となっており、せっかくのロケーションが生かされてませんでした。
どちらかの方向(外方向)が見えると最高でした。(部屋配置上、仕方がないと思いますが。。。)
洗面所(トイレ、シャワー)の扉が改修されていたのですが、鍵がなく、扉も止まらずで、
閉めても押さえていないと自然と開いてしまうのが、不便でした。
（簡単に直ると思うので、改修希望です）

Pros:

Det er et fantastisk område! Virkelig smukke bygninger. Der er meget at kigge på på hotellet af gamle ting.

Cons:

Jeg bookede et dobbeltværelse igennem Booking.com udfra billederne af værelset. Det viste sig så at der er de forkerte billeder på app’en ifbm værelset. Det er billederne af deluxe værelset der ligger på dobbeltværelset.

Når man forventer dét værelse så blev vi virkelig skuffede over det lille bitte værelse vi fik.

Sengen var også lille til 3 mennesker.

Derudover så pointerede vi dette, men der var ikke nogen hjælp at hente andet end et træk på skulderen.

Der er ENORMT meget larm fra gaden og kirkeklokken ringer hvert 15 minut hele natten igennem.

Der var også ulideligt varmt på værelset.

Morgenmaden var slet ikke på niveau med andre hoteller i den prisklasse.
