Pros:

The bed was super comfortable and hotel room was a great size. The bath was a great size and the Soaps smelled AMAZING too

Cons:

Only wish it had a balcony. The shower pressure wasn't good either and was a bit on the expensive side

Cons:

Only minus was that the check out at ten is way too early, since even the breakfast continues until 11!

Great stay great city recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. All facilities at the hotel were great. Staff were great and friendly.

Cons:

While we loved the design aesthetic of the room we had a couple gripes.
-Don’t know if this is every room but the curtains didn’t seem to close all the way so light leaked in.
-The light switches in the room confused us for a minute or two. A few buttons by the door, a few on either side of the bed. All did different things. In the end it was fine but took a bit of time to sort out what did what.

Pros:

Great as usual. Property as I would expect from Qt.

Cons:

There was scaffolding construction right outside my window starting at 6.am both mornings. This was brutal. It was so loud. Spent my whole 3 days in Auk, tired.

Looks very nice but room design impractical

Light switches impossible to use. Shower door opens wrong way. Can’t change the shower from rain to hand. Mattress uncomfortable and hot. Can’t turn off reading light separately. No guest laundry.

Beautiful but not as functional
Pros:

Beautifully designed room, location is convenient, food was delicious too.

Cons:

We booked this room for a concert and we had a late night. The curtains didn't cover the window properly despite our attempts to move them around. The sun peeked through the window before 6 and we couldn't sleep. It was disappointing as it completely defeated the purpose of our stay in the city after a late night.
Also the lighting was very dim for the make up. I understand the dim lights look nice but there should be an option for a mirror light son we can turn on the light when needed.

Good but could have been excellent…
Pros:

Location was excellent ! Rooftop bar was lovely and the staff were amazing!! Couldn’t fault them ! Very friendly and helpful !

Cons:

Beautiful room but very noisy as could hear the people above us :( … Could hear them walking around and partying til quite late …

We loved the hotel, it was very comfy and the location is great.. just bring your own hair products!

The property is super clean, very comfy, and a great location.

Cons:

Everything was amazing, but the shampoo and/or conditioner left my hair DISGUSTING. We had to go but hair product, definitely bring your own 😂

Hmmm not really 5 Star
Pros:

Newly renovated and very stylish. Handy location and attentive staff.

Cons:

Very noisy. Someone above dropped things on the floor constantly especially early morning and the acoustics meant the sounds were extremely loud in our room and so every morning we were woken very early. Basically 0 gluten free options on room service menu (excluding house salad and avocado toast). This is not a 5 star room service menu.
