Doral Inn & Suites Miami Airport West

La habitación era oscura, éramos 6 y había 2 sillas. Pocos utensilios en la cocina. Poco espacio para equipaje. No eran cómodas las camas y solo 4 toallones, pedimos y nos dieron toallas chicas.

NO SE LIMPIO NUNCA LA HABITACION, DICEN QUE ES POLITICA DEL HOTEL, PERO ESO REBAJA LA CALILDAD DE LA ESTANCIA Y ES INCOMPATIBLE CON LA HIGIENE PERSONAL Y COLECTIVA. NO NOS GUSTO EL DESAYUNO, SIEMPRE IGUAL MENU

The rooms weren't cleaned properly, it smelled funky, we also found a used wine box covered in dust. They didnt not offer house keeping during the stay, the beds had granny sugar falling out of them. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and dirty. Most furniture in the suites needs to be replaced they are either old or dirty sometimes both.

Wish it had more utensils provided to cook.

Reserve una habitacion para 3 adultos, se suponia que el sofa debía estar armado como cama a nuestra llegada, nuestro avion se retraso y llegamos a las 5am, descansamos un rato hasta la hora del desayuno, el sofa cama es un verdadero desastre, todo el elastico vencido y el colchon es hiper fino, imposible dormir ahi, para 2 personas esta bien, para 3 imposible! Nos dejaron toallones solo para 2, el desayuno un verdadero caos, lleno de gente, no habia buenas opciones de comida, los huevos revueltos eran incomibles, puros productos de harina y azucar, el cafe estaba quemado.

If I had to describe this place in three words, they would be: mold, bugs, and old.

The hotel looks decent from the outside, but that’s the only positive point. As soon as we entered the room, there was a very strong smell of mold. We had to leave the door open for about 1.5 hours, and even then, the smell did not go away.

We went to the front desk and explained that we are allergic to mold. The staff told us they would change our room in the morning, but that never happened.

The room clearly was not properly cleaned. We found dead bugs on the floor, hair on the beds, and visible dirt in the corners of the room, including what looked like a small dead cockroach. The hotel also feels extremely outdated, as if it hasn’t been properly maintained or cleaned since the early 2000s.

On top of that, the airplane noise was constant, waking us up every 5–10 minutes throughout the night.

I also felt unsafe during the night. Even though the location is decent, the overall atmosphere felt strange and eerie.

Do not stay here. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Podrían mejorar el equipamiento de la villa, no todas tienen vajilla completa. Requiere mantenimiento los baños y ropa de cama.

Needed just a few hours to sleep and shower before our cruise as we had a late flight. Got told via email my reservation was going to be cancelled for an issue with my card, and to call to get payment reestablished, the front desk was not answering the whole night… Thankfully our room was still available when we got in at 1am. Had 6 people, no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed that we needed to accommodate us all. Front desk was unable to get us blankets sheets or pillows. Again had 6 people and not enough towels, front desk was also unable to provide these. They gave us a $25 refund for our troubles which was absolutely not enough.

The entire facility needs an update. It does not appear that any maintenance has been done for years; the rooms were not clean; there were roaches and ants in the room. This hotel should not be on Booking.
