Pohodlná postel, čistota, strategická poloha ve městě blízko MHD.

Cons:

Hluk ze dvora - ve vnitrobloku je zahrádka restaurace a hosté zde byli na můj vkus hluční. Jinak k samotnému ubytování nemám co vytknout.

Výborná lokalita - dostupnosť metro, električky, autobusy, blízko centra. Bývali sme v podkroví, izba orientovaná na ulicu. Bolo síce počuť trošku ruch veľkomesta, ale keď boli zatvorené okná, úplné ticho. Izba útulná, čistá, posteľ pohodlná. Kúpeľňa dosť veľká s malou pračkou a s hygienickými potrebami. Kuchynka vybavená základným riadom, mikrovlnka, kávovar, kanvica na vodu. Je to krásny apartmánový dom s citom zrekonštruovaný, krásna vstupná hala, recepcia, schodište, vstupné dvere.., výťah. V okolí sú doslova na skok non stop k dispozícii obchody, občerstvenia, kaviarne, reštaurácie, pekárne. Ochotný, milý personál. Radi sa sem vrátime

Все великолепно.Чувствовали себя как дома.Квартира после хорошего ремонта.,Со вкусом мебелирована.Кухня оснащена всем необходимым.Есть стиральная машина- с капсулами -ею пользовались .К кофемашине недостающие капсулы можно получить на ресепшен.Кофе вкусный.Очень удобный вход по коду.Отличное расположение -вокруг полно кафе,магазинов .Общественный транспорт в 1-2 мин.В квартире есть конденционер,что позволяло держать окна,выходящие на улицу,закрытыми без ущерба для комфорта.Рекомендую

Excelente departamento en ciudad nueva
Pros:

Alejado pero no tanto del casco viejo. Un departamento súper equipado e impecable.Con rápido acceso a tranvías, supermercados y restaurantes. 100% recomendable.

As always a comfortable home away from home
Pros:

This may as well be my home away from home when I'm in Prague, they have yet to on any trip disappoint in any way. The location is perfect, the rooms are minimalist but clean and comfortable, and I've simply never had any issues when staying here.

Cons:

The rooms are very minimalist, which is perfect for my needs but if you're looking for some gloriously fancy hotel with room service and restaurants inside, this isn't it.

Soggiorno comodo e piacevole con ottima qualità-prezzo
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è davvero comoda: vicino sia alla fermata della metro che del tram, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente il centro e muoversi in tutta Praga. Consigliato a chi cerca una sistemazione pratica, conveniente e ben collegata per visitare la città.

Cons:

L’unico piccolo aspetto da segnalare è il rumore proveniente dalla strada principale, soprattutto nelle ore più trafficate, ma essendo una zona centrale è assolutamente comprensibile e non ha compromesso la nostra esperienza.

Pros:

Zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (Stazione Metro e fermata tram I.P. Pavlova a 150 m, Stazione Ferroviaria di Praga Centrale 1 km), da fast food (Mc Donald, Burger King, KFC) e market Tesco a 200 metri.
Il nostro appartamento era al 4° piano ma con ascensore. Fornito tra l'altro di Lavatrice e macchinetta del caffe.

Cons:

La cucina dove consumare i pasti, di piccole dimensioni.

プラハでお得に快適に過ごせる宿泊先です。
Pros:

トラムとメトロの駅まで歩いて３分。観光や食事の移動にとても便利。洗濯用洗剤ボールが４つ付いており、1回分のコーヒー、紅茶のサービスもあり。室内の設備も新しく綺麗でとても快適だった。

Cons:

洗濯機が小さく乾燥機能が付いていない。タオルの交換は一週間毎、それより早く交換希望すると有料（10€）が必要。

Pros:

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Étonnamment très calme côté jardin ce qui est très appréciable !
L'emplacement est top car proche de la vieille ville mais dans un quartier moins touristique.
Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil mais nous avons reçu un mail explicatif très clair.
Bref je recommande vraiment cet établissement !
