Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Excellent location!!! Within walking distance of street markets and within old city Chiang Mai. Beautiful pool and breakfast area and the staff was all kind and wonderful!

Quiet and peaceful stay in the bustling old town.
Pros:

I enjoyed the quiet garden ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was really firm but that’s how I like it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed their coffee. Nice location in old town.

Cons:

My room was small with not much space to unpack and store my clothes. There is a definite need for more shelves or drawers. At times I would feel unorganized as I was always looking for something.

posizione eccellente, camera eccellente, sala relax e piscina molto piacevoli, staff gentile ed attento. Lo staff è stato anche sempre molto discreto.

It was a wonderful end to our month of traveling in Thailand. I enjoyed the hotel kitties.
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous, great variety. Staff could not have been better, so helpful, professional, caring. Location was centrally located, easily accessible to nice restaurants, shopping, temples.

Un havre au cœur de Chiang Mai.
Pros:

Hôtel d’ampleur, architecture traditionnel Thai, grands espaces détentes ombragés, piscine extérieure, chambres spacieuses et personnels d’une gentillesse à faire rougir le dalaï lama. Je ne peut que recommander.

Fantastic hotel in the old town
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the Old Town. Everyone was just perfect. Lovely room with large comfy bed and good shower. Super clean and the staff are just brilliant. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean and large enough for a swim.

Nice hotel with a good location in the old town
Pros:

I felt completely comfortable. Extremely friendly staff, a clean hotel, good room service, and a very nice and generous breakfast! What I also liked was the typical Thai style of the architecture and interior design. I would book again. Thank you, dear Kodchasri team!

Cons:

The only bit negative point was the slightly hard beds, but I was still able to sleep well.

Tranquil and spacious retreat within the old town
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and immaculate. Looked out into the garden with a terrace and had friendly cats hanging around. The garden area was spacious and there were so many different spots to sit and relax. A tranquil retreat within the old town. I would definitely come back.

Overall, nice stay, we will recommend this hotel to our friends
Pros:

We had two double rooms with connected door, which was great for our family. There was no balcony though, which could be a nice addition... The staff was perfect, available, nice and helpful! The location is good within the old city, with a few small restaurants within walking distance, with good massage place and 7/11 right next door.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK, but could have a bit more vegetables and cheese selection.
