Pros:

Personel inanılmaz sevecen ve yardımseverdi. Odalarımız gayet temizdi. Merdivenler dardı ama Amsterdam'da geniş merdiven zaten beklemiyorsunuz. Toplu taşıma ile ulaşım çok kolaydı.

Great
Pros:

This place was great for us! Not far from the airport, close to the centre and tram stops. It was very clean and well looked after. We were checking in after the reception had closed the instructions were easy to follow and we got to our room smoothly.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and a lovely clean room - very good value for money and a perfect location also right next to a supermarket which was handy and the neighbourhood was beautiful. The free coffee was also very welcomed !

I could hear the people in the room above me walking around

Perfect for a short comfortable stay
Pros:

Location was on a quiet street, in a really nice neighbourhood, with a theatre, cafes and shops nearby. The after hours check in was clearly explained to me by email and it worked perfectly. The person on duty the next day was very helpful, gave me lots of advice, explained the drinks available in the reception area and booked me a taxi. My room was warm and spotlessly clean, with a kettle and safe, and there was a night-time area downstairs with coffee/tea sachets. The bedrooms are situated up a very steep circular staircase - fine for me but might be difficult for those with mobility issues or very heavy suitcases.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, but access to a water cooler would have been useful.

Pros:

There was two of the male staff which were very nice and friendly!! Always smiling :)
Garden is nice and they have a little shared kitchen which is always nice :) good location

Cons:

Could hear everything happening next door and outside my room… also booked a double bed and got singles put together but it’s okay! Didn’t have much natural light in the room but I was only in for a couple nights so it’s wasn’t too bad, though for anything longer I would’ve preferred another room

Cons:

No shower door meant that bathroom floor was wet after every shower.

Perfect for our travel needs.

Staff were fantastic, very accommodating. The courtyard was a nice place to unwind or relax at times during the day.

Muy buen Hotel. Pintoresco. Sencillo y muy limpio. Atencion muy buena. Ubicacion excelente.

Excelente Hotel. Dentro de la zona de Canales del centro historico.
Personal muy atento. Como todo hotel o casa dentro de la zona historica, no tienen ascensor, y las escaleras son estrechas. Sin embargo es un tipo de construccion muy simpatica.
La habitacion impecable. Salis caminando del Hotel y llegas caminando a todos los puntos turisticos importantes de Amsterdam. Desde la estacion Amsterdam Central hay que tomar un tranvia y se llega a 1 cuadra del hotel en 15 min.
No ofrecen desayuno, pero sí tienen maquina en recepcion una maquina de cafe, y sirven café gratis para los huespedes.
