Truly everything was great. It’s our second time in consecutive year. The staff are amazingly wonderful, delightful, warm, hospitable and professional. Starting from Hotel manager Mr. Petros, receptionist Ms. Dimitra, F&B manager Konstandina, waiters Petros, Elle and concierge Nikos.

The structure is fantastic and the food is great. Every single detail is meticulously managed to ensure the best possible relaxation for guests.
But it’s the staff that truly makes the difference. They’re amazing. A special thank you goes to Nikos for welcoming us every morning at the poolside, Marianna and Erika at the desk and Valentino and Raju at the entrance.
We stayed at Lesante Blu during our trip to Zakynthos, and overall it was a good experience. It is undeniably a luxury hotel, with beautiful facilities, an excellent beachfront location, and direct access to the sea, which is definitely one of its biggest strengths. The breakfast was also outstanding.
That said, our main concern was the value for money. It is a expensive hotel, and for the price, we expected a higher level of service and more premium amenities. While everything was nice and the stay was enjoyable, we didn't feel that the overall experience fully justified the cost, especially when compared with other luxury hotels.
If you're looking to treat yourself, it's certainly a pleasant experience. However, in our opinion, there are better-value options in Zakynthos that offer a more balanced price-to-quality ratio. We enjoyed our stay, but we probably wouldn't return
Absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so nice, professional, and welcoming. A big thanks to Peggy in the breakfast room for her sensational organization, and to all the other servers who were wonderful. Everything was top, from the fully equipped spacious room to the swimming pool and not to mention the private beach. Highly recommended!"

Service im Hauptrestaurant ist durchschnittlich, (upselling Wein).
