Pros:

location and facility are good with strong staff

Cons:

Hotel was great but when I got there at 4 in the afternoon I was told they did not have any allocated spots left in the hotel parkig lot but I could stay in the undergound parking but would have to go pay for parking at the lot itsef as the hotel had used all their allocations up. What they didn't tell me was that the parking expired at 6 am so I got a $98 ticket in the morning. I came back to the hotel and they took the ticket but only if I paid for another day of parking so it cost me $61 to park overnight.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Room wasn’t very clean. Food left from previous guest and you could see it was partially wiped down. Stains from juice on furniture
