Pros:

I enjoyed my stay so so much! I went on a solo trip and it felt like home. The staff was amazing and made me feel like family, especially since I was celebrating my birthday. The breakfast in the morning was just what I needed and I didn't have to step out of the hotel on my off day which is just what I wanted.

Accueil chaleureuse de la madame à la réception, hôtel propre , service de ménage chaque jour j apprécie beaucoup la madame du ménage chambre 272 qui fait une petite geste du mettre les jouets de mon enfant sur le lit bien décoré merci ☺️ madame à la réception la 1 ère jour le 22 janvier très serviable à l écoute même traduire pour qui je puisse comprendre chek in très rapide 🙏pas loin de Disney ni l universel studio on a passer moi et mon enfant 4 nuits entre magie kingdom et disney et universel studio de rêve

Le M au cafétéria starbucks pas poli pas souriant 👎🏽il aime juste parler anglais pas d effort pour m aider en plus il rit de moi quand je parle juste français 😡et dis carrément elle arrive de Québec et rit en plein monde

The system. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation and for breakfast they couldn’t see if it was included or not.

A localização e o apartamento. O acesso aos corredores internos, ainda q abertos e darem P uma piscina era seguro pois era necessário a utilização do card do apto

Cons:

Na reserva foi pedido apto c acessibilidade (mobilidade reduzida) q não foi observado. Mas nos deram o estacionamento gratuito p compensar

Pros:

We had originally tried to book in this hotel earlier in the day. The Bonvoy app allowed a noon check in. When we arrived there was gentleman at the front and I asked to check in and he said very unapologetic, “we can’t check you in”. I was confused and he stated again there were no rooms and nothing they can do. He said they just had a large check out and a room would not be ready until 4p. It was more his approach and how he addressed it. No consideration. I had gone 40 minutes to get there earlier and he didn’t even offer to hold my luggage and any type of resolution or even comfort. I was not happy. I left and came back later around 6pm and there was a young lady by the name of JENNIFER T. I told her what happened and she apologized for the situation that had occurred. She was so sweet and so accommodating that she made my day. She was understanding and made me feel like a valued Platinum Elite Customer. She deserves a 5 STAR rating, however, because of the earlier situation, I couldn’t give a full 5 star. Thank you for having Jennifer T!

La recepcionista fue poco amable y pedí 2 habitaciones y dejó q solo tenía una y a pesar q mi reserva estaba con dos habitaciones ella pidió autorización para darme l otra también se me cobró 20 dólares de parking si estoy hospedada por q cobran parking? Además de taxes q no se explica en l reserva

Very uncomfortable.
Cons:

There was construction work being done upstairs or near our room and the noise was consistent and very disturbing.

Even after several complaints to the front desk, the noise continued. We got little to no rest or sleep.

We also did not get any bottled water, etc, in our room.
