No frills accommodation, but offers decent value for money.
Pros:

Pleasant, if a little worn in places, accommodations in perfect location, with friendly and helpful staff.

Extremely pricey café on site, and with very few options.

My room itself was comfortable enough, and well equipped, but the issue for me was that housekeeping never turned up until after 4pm, by which time I had been out and about sightseeing etc. and was in bed for a snooze before getting ready to go out for dinner. Consequently my room was not serviced at all during my stay.

The hotel has so much potential but could do with sprucing up.

Pros:

Great location really small rooms
The hotel has an excellent location close to the beach and with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby
The rooms were really small as we were 3 people. Thankfully we were only staying one night
There is no storage space and the bathroom is tiny with nowhere to put anything down. Only provided with towels for 3 people and no cups for the coffee machine
The lift was not working so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with suitcases
Staff were less than friendly
Would not stay again.

Świetna lokalizacja 5 minut od plaży pod okiem policji :), czysto, piękny ogród.

Cons:

Zepsuta maszyna i bardzo kiepskie śniadanie - nic na ciepło, tylko owoce, owsianka z lodówki, albo zimny croissant.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

I absolutely had a great time staying at the Kenmore Village Hotel. It’s such a quirky little place with a Great atmosphere.
When I arrived I was in warmly welcomed Erica whom was very informative about South Beach happenings and places for me to visit.
I also had the lovely opportunity to meet the General Manager Mel, who welcomed me and shared all hotel activities and provided insight into what I could do throughout my trip.
In terms of the room, I had a nice, clean room that was serviced daily so not sure why other reviews say otherwise.
I am already looking goes to returning soon!

Tolles Wohlfühl-Hotel in guter Lage

Sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Gebäuden. Viele Palmen & bunte Pflanzen, sowie großzügige Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien. Lage gleich neben dem dem Police Departement vermittelt Gefühl von Sicherheit. Schöner, kleiner Pool mit bequemen Liegemöglichkeiten. Große, saubere Zimmer - bequemes Bett. Geräumige Dusche, Kaffeemaschine, Eiskasten - alles da. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Cons:

Einziger Mini-Makel: Die Loungemöbel im Poolbereich könnte man besser reinigen - Schmutzflecken auf den schönen beigen Auflagen stören das Bild. Ansonsten alles TOP!
