Okay, but not worth the price.
Pros:

Location to boardwalk.

Cons:

The bathroom was designed poorly and is too small. The paint was clearly not done by a quality professional, bits of paint all over parts of the wall or shower. The elevator smelled gross. The room was very loud, heard all the coming and goings from the other guests all day and night.

I didn’t like the price for parking and we didn’t even get to park in the garage we had to park down the street. I think there should be a discount for that.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Check in staff & manager went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for my evening at the Seahaus. Location is great- anything you could need within walking distance.

Cons:

My only slight suggestion would be to improve the comfort of the balcony spaces. The views are so nice from this location, but I found the outdoor setup underwhelming.

Nice hotel but issues at check in.
Pros:

The location is excellent, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. It is very convenient and makes it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel itself is also impeccably clean and very well maintained. Everything looked spotless, from the common areas to the room, which made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. You can tell that the hotel takes good care of the facilities and pays attention to cleanliness, something that I always really appreciate when traveling.

Cons:

The reception and service staff were very friendly, but I had a fairly serious issue with the charges during check-in.

Even though I had already paid for the stay in advance, I was charged again at check-in. At first I paid because I thought it was for the deposit and parking, but when I saw the amount, I went back to reception to clarify it. They tried to convince me that the charge was indeed for the deposit and parking. However, I had to show them my bank account with all the charges from the hotel, because in total I had been charged more than $700 for two nights (including deposit and parking), on top of what I had already paid for the room, which was completely unreasonable.

The receptionist even tried to shift the blame to me by saying that I had booked through a third party. Honestly, I don’t really understand what she meant by that. Nowadays almost everyone books through reservation platforms; who actually books directly with a hotel without using one of these sites?

In the end, I had to go back to reception three times before they finally refunded all the money they had overcharged me.

The reception staff were very young, and I understand that mistakes can happen. I have been using booking platforms for many years, and this is the first time in my life that a hotel has told me that the issue was because I booked through a “third party,” when in reality hotels themselves have agreements with these platforms.

For the two days I stayed there, I constantly had to deal with this issue, which was very frustrating. Although it was eventually resolved, I had to return to reception a fourth time before leaving because the invoice they gave me didn’t even reflect the price I had paid for the room. Overall, the whole situation was a mess.

In short, a bit more training for the reception staff would not hurt.

the staff is excellent and very helpful. The registration process is SLOW, due to the registration.
Pros:

Restaurant closes at 11:00, should be 12:00 noon. Competitive edge since all others on the boardwalk close at 11:00 a.m.

Cons:

No coffee pot in the room, has expresso! 8 out of 10 American's drink coffee, 2 drink expresso!

Great stay and a nice clean hotel on the ocean with a view.
Pros:

We decided to visit Atlantic City for the snow storm and wanted a place on the ocean to watch the storm. All our expectations were met and we watch the Weather Channel do a live broadcast outside the balcony.
Dave the manager and Krystal were a great help and we will be going again when we plan to visit AC.

Cons:

Slight issue with the TV service being out but it was not the hotel fault as all were out.

Pros:

Le plus bel Hôtel de notre séjour ! Demander vue mer ou vie partielle ( côté hôtel et non parking ) pouvoir avoir un parking est une mega plus et la vue est à couper le souffle .
Jetée en bas de l’hôtel , 1 er rang en terme de vue à 180 sur l’océan !

bravo a Love & Infinity pour leur gentillesse pour ce séjour qui malheureusement a été écourté à cause de la Tempête

Les Concurrents devraient se remettre en question pour remettre à jour leur vétusté !

Vous êtes collés au Tropicana donc à est direct en 1mn et 5mn des tables de poker ou du reste .

My New Favorite Hotel
Pros:

This is my new favorite hotel, I loved the fragrance throughout smelling like the sea, the fitness center was impeccable; I had a lot of fun working out, everything was so beautiful in the hotel, I loved the shower it was the best shower I ever had in my life, the smart TVs are fantastic I enjoyed watching my personal YouTube on the tv, the staff was so friendly and professional and I loved and enjoyed the included vouchers, they had many coffee options for the morning at Cucina Del Mar and I enjoyed the iced mocha latte they made me. I will not ever forget this hotel Thank you so much for your hospitality.
