Good location and friendly staff, but cleanliness is lacking.

The staff, the location, baggage storage is good.

Cons:

Is not clean, I stayed for three days, and from the moment I arrived, the room was not cleaned properly. There was a strong mix of unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. I experienced severe allergies due to the odors coming from unclean carpets, and overall, the cleanliness was not good at all.

Definitely not upscale but not a total dump either.

Location was ok because of the public transportation

Cons:

Housekeeping can’t keep up with pace of turnover. No early check in although told they would call. Not one minute early… paying security fee twice for mini-bar we didn’t have. Had to add an extra night stay because of flight cancellation. No info available about local activity/attractions or excursions. The foreign woman at front desk would not look at me while speaking (an overall lack of common courtesy). Staff acting as though they were doing me a favor? Even ice was kept under lock and key/combo…

Disgusting dirty. Front counter staff unresponsive to our request to change bedding.

Absolutely nothing positive about this Hotel.
First time ever writing a review for a hotel and I must warn everyone about the lack cleanliness. Horrible

it’s pretty, the room was clean and i felt safe

Cons:

they don’t have any parking at all, had to walk about a block away with all my belongings back and forth and constantly pay for parking and move my car around so it wouldn’t get towed, it’s also not in a very convenient or safe area to be walking around
