Pros:

It was right in the heart of downtown Dallas, super close to our concert venue

Cons:

Booking.com said I could have an extra bed brought to the room, but the hotel said it’s too small to do that. I had to sleep on the floor so my fiancée and kids could share the two beds

Just watch out because the restaurant closes at 10 and i arrived a little late so I couldnt have any but the convenience store was open ans closes late so that was a good alternative
