Breakfast wasn't very varied. During check in we were told there was also a small variety of gluten free options for breakfast but they one had one option.

Perfect 3 night stay, wish we had stayed longer!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the stone work of the building was stunning and the rooms were immaculate.

And the staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we entered the hotel.

Cons:

Beautiful scenery, great pool, great staff
Pros:

Location, very friendly staff, amazing manager

Cons:

Towel charge for stains even though there were none. After the manager explained they use eco friendly laundry service for the environment we understood. Maybe mention it at check in why there is a charge. Facilities are a bit outdated. Breakfast was meat heavy for a vegetarian.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit eigenartiger Service Einstellung
Pros:

Ästhetisch ein Traum, wie ein Khmer Tempel, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück und ein kleiner, aber feiner Pool zur Erfrischung…fantastische Lage nahe zu einem Food Market vor der Stadtmauer gelegen - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

ABER: die Geschäftsleitung verfasst bereits gleich mit der Buchungsbestätigung ein äußerst seltsames mail, wo sie darauf hinweist, dass man kein gutes Service wie in einem großen Hotel erwarten könne?!? …beim Einchecken wird man dann sehr eindringlich darauf hingewiesen, dass man nichts stehlen darf ( es wird im Zimmer alles gezeigt, immer mit dem Schlusssatz: das gehört dem Hotel und sie dürfen es nicht mitnehmen) und man bekommt eine große Tafel mit Fotos gezeigt, was im Zimmer alles verboten ist und welche Strafen darauf stehen.. so ist beschmutzte Bettwäsche mit 1500 Baht zu bezahlen. Ein aufgekratzter Insektenstich und der daraus resultierende Blufleck führte bei uns zu dieser Strafzahlung…. ein etwas seltsames Gebaren für ein Hotel?
