Una estancia fantástica con muchos detalles cuidados
Pros:

Hotel y ambiente: El hotel es precioso, con una decoración rústica muy cuidada, lleno de plantas y detalles que crean un ambiente muy agradable y relajante. Además, lo tienen decorado de tal manera que prácticamente no ves el exterior.

Ubicación: Es fácil llegar en Grab y está bien conectado. Aunque la calle donde se encuentra es un pequeño callejón, una vez sales a la calle principal la zona mejora bastante.

Piscina e instalaciones: La piscina es muy amplia y muy bonita. No hay muchas hamacas, pero en nuestro caso no fue un problema porque viajamos en febrero y prácticamente siempre estaba vacía.

Habitación: La habitación era increíble, con una cama muy amplia y cómoda. Tenía purificador de aire, secador de pelo, champú y jabón. El aire acondicionado mantiene muy buena temperatura y el balconcito con vistas a la piscina es una maravilla.

Desayuno: El buffet es pequeño pero todo está increíblemente delicioso. Cada plato está muy cuidado y el personal repone constantemente lo que falta. El café lo preparan ellos mismos y lo sirven decorado y con mucho sabor.

Personal y actividades: El personal del hotel es increíblemente amable y atento. Incluso ofrecen un curso de cocina gratuito al que fuimos y fue muy entretenido; preparamos dok jok y estaba muy rico. Además, un día teníamos una excursión muy temprano y nos prepararon una bolsita de desayuno para llevar, un detalle genial.

Cons:

Ubicación: La calle donde está el hotel es un callejón algo sucio, por lo que la primera impresión al llegar no es la mejor hasta que sales a la calle principal.

Piscina: El agua estaba un poco fría, probablemente porque el sol no le da durante mucho tiempo al día.

Habitación: Las almohadas que proporcionan son bastante bajas y terminé con dolor de cuello.

Great hotel, quiet and relaxing, l, quiet and relaxing, comfortable rooms as nice staff - would defo staff again
Pros:

The style of property was lovely really unique, it was quiet and peaceful, easy to get into old town, the room was clean and beds comfy, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was good

Cons:

There needs to be more storage docs in the room and especially in the bathroom there was nowhere to put any towels

Beautiful hotel right in the old town
Pros:

Great location (in the old town) with the MOST incredible looking restaurant just opposite. Beautiful building, great pool. The only hotel that we stayed in (out of 9) that offered proper coffee (not out of a machine).

Cons:

Bedroom was a little bit tired round the edges...e.g. the formica bathroom cabinet under the sink was a bit chipped and its doors were a bit wonky. Bit I'm nit-picking here.

All the hotel staff were so helpful & friendly plus great location.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful & were personally interested in what you did each day plus volunteered help with you itinerary.

Cons:

Swimming pool was in a rather dark & shady area & sound proofing was not brilliant between rooms.

Amazing hotel in a great location with fantastic staff!
Pros:

Amazing hotel, the terracotta features were stunning and made the vibe of the hotel unique and relaxing. The pool was great to cool down in on the hotter days. A nice surprising addition were the afternoon food lessons where the kitchen shows you how to make Thai snacks. Great location too!
