Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location worked out well for me and my family. Easy to access in and out of Waikiki. Wasn't overly crowded. Mellow crowd/guest. Service was superb. Looking forward to staying there again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, they cannot control the weather. Slight drizzle, but that's out of their control. However, staff was accommodating with umbrella seats; a nice hot tub; and we were given complimentary drinks.

Wonderfully eclectic, loaded with special patron discounts all wrapped up in a cute setting.
Pros:

The property has really nice eclectic feel and offers many freebies and discounts to their patrons. The pool is not huge but offers a quaint villa feel with shaded areas and in close proximity to the drink bar.

Cons:

Requested to borrow an iron twice, the item was never delivered. Ended up just purchasing a travel iron. And their custom beach towel was not available for sale and not available online once it was restocked.

Very comfortable and nice rooms. Spacious. Good balcony. Very clean. Lovely pool area and friendly pool staff. Nice cafe, reasonably priced. No additional resort fees after we paid on booking.com

Nice room, close to everything and great view of the canal and mountains.
Pros:

The room had a great view of the mountains and canal and was very spacious. The waffles in the restaurant were fabulous. The pool staff was welcoming and the pool layout was very relaxing. The room was clean and once we noticed the place to put the key in a slot near the door we got the lights and tv to work.

Cons:

We did not appreciate being told multiple times that we would have gotten better service if we had booked directly. I pointed out that I wouldn't even have known they existed if not for the 3rd party site, ie: booking.com. It was fine the first time it was said but after 3 or 4 times to both us and our friends we were annoyed.

Great views of the canal/mountains yet close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping.
Pros:

We liked the rooms, large with a balcony. The pool was great and the hot tub also. The bar staff by the pool were great. Check in was fast and they held our luggage until check in time. The sliding glass door did an excellent job of blocking the sounds coming from the street. We loved the view of the mountains and canal. It was less noisy than other places we have stayed closer to the beach, bars and restaurants, yet, within walking distance to all and we are all over 65 and have mobility issues.

Cons:

We had to ask for rooms close to the friends we were traveling with multiple times until they finally complied even though we put a request on booking.com, asked again as soon as we arrived (before noon), and then again when we came back at 3pm. Still had to go back down and request again after our friends got there at 4. We were told several times we would have gotten better service if we had booked directly instead of using a third party(booking.com). We felt the slight because of booking through the 3rd party on several occasions. We didn't care for most of the menu at their poke restaurant. We did however love their waffles for breakfast.

Pros:

Outstanding- cool stylish room, fabulous pool, great options for eating and drinking. Easily walkable to the beach and the action! Staff couldn’t be more helpful… LOVED IT highly recommend
