Resort Credits 464€ per stay (based on a maximum of 2 people per room), with 200€ redeemable on selected spa services and 264€ on selected ScubaCaribe activities. Minimum stay of 3 nights. Discounts do not cover the full cost of Spa Treatments or ScubaCaribe activities. Discount is Nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. Valid for stays until 23th of December 2026.

Pros:

Dużo leżaków na plaży (większość wolnych).
Dobre jedzenie i brak problemu z dostępnością stolików.
Super lokalizacja, przy górze Le Morne (możliwość pieszej wycieczki na hiking spod hotelu).
Dobry dla rodzin z dziećmi - drugi basen, bez głośnej muzyki i animacji, pozwalał na spokojną kąpiel i odpoczynek.

Cons:

Niestety hotel jest położony w mocno wietrznej części półwyspu. Przez cały nasz pobyt (10 dni w marcu) był duży wiatr, przez co może było dość wzburzone i warunki do kąpieli w morzu nienajlepsze. Wystarczyło przejść ok. 1km na prawo od hotelu (do części półwyspu osłoniętej od wiatru), aby przekonać się, o ile piękniej wygląda to morze przy bezwietrznej pogodzie.

Jedzenie były super, alkohole też bardzo dobre.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe sprzątanie (w moim pokoju) - moja rodzina w swoich pokojach miała super posprzątane, ja pomimo prośby o dokładniejsze sprzątanie - no niestety, nic się nie zmieniło. Podczas 9 nocy raz miałam lepsze sprzątanie, zostały zostawione również kwiatki w szklance. Niestety po 3 dniach sama wyrzuciłam te kwiatki, które zwiędły już pierwszego dnia.

Trop bruyant ( dans les chambres ont entend tout ce qu’il se passe dehors).
L’application riu nul . J’avais réservé un massage avec l’application mais le spa m’a clairement dit qu’il ne fonctionnait pas avec l application. ( alors qu’à la réception ils nous ont expliqué de fonctionner avec l application).
Je l ai trouvé bien en dessous des autres riu des autre pays . J aurais du aller au palace , il doit sûrement être mieux .
Il est dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de restaurant vu sur le morne ou plage ….
Tout comme il est dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de service bar ou autre sur la plage alors que l hôtel a la magnifique Vue sur le morne . L hôtel n’a pas exploité cette partie ….
