A solid 7/10
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Near the subway, with multiple restaurant options, and most landmarks are within working distance. The staff were friendly and the hotel very clean.

Cons:

Just mind that the walls are as thin as paper, I could hear the people next to me sneeze and talk, and they weren’t even loud. Next thing was the water pressure in the shower. I was on 13th floor and the pressure was not very high. Last thing, the windows might be old and there is cool air coming in sometimes. One night got pretty chilly although I had the heater on.

Muy buena ubicación. El personal super amable. El desayunador tiene vista a la calle y muy buen servicio. Muy cómodas las camas y la vista directa de la habitación al parque nos encantó.

Pros:

The staff were phenomenal. We received a text the day before arrival, our request for connecting rooms was honored (which made traveling with our kids so much easier), and the room was sparkling clean with everything in perfect working order. We were given an early check-in without even asking and also received a late check-out. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and smiling, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. We’ll definitely be back!

Stylish and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Rooms are of great design paying attention to details. They also had nice additional amenities such as deodorants or espresso capsules.
