Pros:

I give Golden Europe Hotel the highest marks. It deserves it! The staff is excellent, attentive to us in every way. They also brought us breakfast in the room. The room where we stayed for 6 nights was clean. The mattress on the bed is quite good. We had a very good rest. The location of the hotel is excellent. We will definitely come back.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione vicino al mare e al centro. La terrazza, dove si fanno le colazioni, è molto bella con la vista sul mare.
Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

In bagno esce acqua salata.

Чудовий отель в самому центрі всіх подій. Швидко заселили і гарний і Персанал Малік дуже привітна і гарно володіє англійською мовою . Все дуже сподобалось і ми залишились ще з дитиною . Сніданок готували прямо для нас і з видом на море 🌊

Needs help!
Pros:

Location was good in centre of everything.

Cons:

Supposed to be hotel but not managed and staff did not know how to make breakfast or eggs and was absolutely terrible and didn’t get better, plus a disgusting dirty kitchen and roof top. Room and especially bathroom was dirty, no running water at times and then it was brown.

Pros:

La posizione, che è sempre ottimale nella piazza principale e popolata di Lighthouse - Dahab.

Cons:

Siamo stati nel 2024, e il soggiorno è stato ottimo. La struttura non è cambiata, è solo diventata vetusta in soli 2 anni, sembra siano passati 10 anni. La fantastica terrazza per le colazioni è invasa dalla polvere e sostanzialmente inutilizzata. Lo staff è ridotto ai minimi termini, non adatto al rapporto con il pubblico, oltre a non parlare inglese. Ci provano, ma niente...

Fair enough but they need to invest more
Pros:

The location was excellent
The staff were amazing Habiba, Ibrahim, and Ahmed were very kind and helpful
The price was reasonable and good value for money

Cons:

The internet connection was poor especially inside the room
They could improve the soap by using a nicer scent even if it means increasing the price
The bathroom door didn’t close properly it would be better if it was fixed 😆
