We made the most of our holiday but as Zante regulars 4/5 times a year we will never ever come back here

The bar staff were friendly so was the chef

Cons:

Bottle of wine went missing first clean of room , told by reception we must of drank it . Or someone had been in our room. We were sunbathing outside the room no one was in for by for a clean . The all inclusive is not all inclusive. Photo attached of breakfast . Most drinks not included in all inclusive vodka with fizzy orange or lemonade . No fresh juice included . Receptions attitude was horrendous. Currently waiting on my bank getting me a refund . We didn’t receive our air con either although with holes in it I don’t think it would work . Buffet lunch isn’t a buffet it’s option of 3 items which is same daily off the menu . Burger , club sandwhich or pasta .

Pros:

Het personeel was aardig,

Cons:

In de badkamer was het douchegordijn in de breedte geplaats inplaats van alleen het douche vak waardoor bij het douchen het hele badkamer nat werd. De douchebak zat snel vol met water.
Bij het slapen voelde je de veren in je ribben van het matras.
We hebben het vermeld over het douche gedeelte maar werd niks aan gedaan.

Nightmare in zante
Pros:

Staff were very non compliant, ac in the room wasn’t working, bathroom basin was pulled away from the wall aswell as mould on sealants and one thing that I haven’t come across in my years of travelling and stays at hotels was that there was no tv in my room. Shocking!!!
