Pros:

Great attention from the front desk, the bed was comfortable and everything clean. The room had some stairs which made it a little difficult with our lugagge, but we enjoyed our stay.

La zona anche se lontana dal centro è molto bella e a pochissimi passi dal quartiere dei musei. Inoltre lì vicino c'è anche un quartiere con molti pub e ristoranti per passare la serata senza allontanarsi troppo dalla struttura. Lo staff estremamente gentile

La proximité du centre-ville et des moyens de transport.
Le fait que des boissons et des snacks soient offerts la première nuit.
L’amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le fait que le service de nettoyage soit fait vraiment tard le soir (approx. 17h) et qu’il ne soit pas bien effectué (les toilettes et le lavabo n’étaient pas nettoyés).

très belle établissement

j’ai beaucoup aimé le fait que c’était accessible à tout, il y a le tram, juste en face de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique et qui dessert beaucoup d’endroits touristique, de plus le personnel est très très très gentil !

Cons:

le seul point faible de cet établissement c’est que les chambres n’ont pas énormément de rangement (type salle de bain) car nous étions deux filles et il manquait beaucoup de place pour ranger nos affaires de toilettes, Make up etc …
