Pros:

Location was excellent, close to the ski resort. Quiet with plenty of parking space. Breakfast was amazing along with services and amenities.

Un piacevole weekend a Cracovia
Pros:

Hotel perfetto, strategico, dotato di tutti i comfort e perfetto per visitare tutta la città a piedi.
Colazione a buffet, in questo periodo dislocata in un altro hotel vicinissimo, ma pur sempre ottima
Lo consiglio vivamente perché si ha tutto il necessario per passare un bellissimo weekend.

Really liked the friendly staff. Had to book a taxi for 230am. This was no bother for them to organise.

Clean, comfortable and a first class location, we were thrilled with it for the price.
Pros:

This hotel is a short 10 minute walk into the main square. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is free tea and coffee whenever you want to help yourself in the small reception area. There wasn't a restaurant, which we might have liked but there are so many great eateries on the doorstep it wasn't a problem. The room was spotless and comfortable. .

Cons:

There was only one curtain on the window which didn't stretch the whole way across letting the light in very early in the morning. The walls were a bit thin!!! Could hear more than we wanted from next door but honestly the place was so nice it didn't put us off

A great town to visit it won’t let you down.
Pros:

Krakow town centre is lively with many pubs, restaurants, shops to cater for a lot of tourists. It’s the best town I’ve been to for a great safe holiday break.

Cons:

The only thing was the weather, l know we went in February but it was cold. The area and town was super.

A nice hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

It was a 5 minute walk to the old town, and next to the day trip pick up spot. So a perfect location
The staff were all so nice and couldn’t do enough for you.
The room was clean, and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Air con. Nice en suite bathroom.

A very cozy hotel near "Stare Miasto"
Pros:

We felt very good here. We really appreciated the quiet mornings. Also the staff was very kind and smiling, the girls speak excellent English. Very clean and cozy rooms, equipped with everything you need on vacation: comfortable bed, fluffy towels, slippers, coffee, tea, still water, fruit, chocolates, good quality cosmetics (the soap had a divine smell), generously sized bathroom, very well lit, very close to the old town (Stare Miasto), Jewish quarter (Kazimierz) and the main train station (Kraków Główny). We had a great time, we rested and we will definitely choose Hotel Wielopole every time we visit Krakow.

Cons:

We have nothing to complain about.
