Das Hotel waren in der Renovierung als wir angekommen sind, wir wurden in Hotel Rocca a Mare Heraklion - Handwritten Collection gebracht, alles hat super geklappt. Das Zimmer ist schön und modern eingerichtet - schöne Aussicht mit Meerblick . das Bett ist bequem, man hat genug Stauraum. Das Personal und die Service waren top und sehr freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in der Hauptstraße, leider tagsüber laut wenn man in Balkon sitzen möchte. Im Zimmer mit geschlossen Balkontür ist der Straßenlärm erträglich und wir können trotzdem sehr gut schlafen.

The room was great size for separating the shower & toilet. I like the way they decorated the furniture to include the sofa & dining table.

Cons:

I didn’t like the coffee & no green tea.

Pros:

Good location, clean, solid breakfast. We got free upgrade, room was like soviet chic style with many books.

Cons:

Shower looked promising but in reality was quite lame, low pressure and no massage function.

Hotel muito bem localizado.
Limpeza impecável.

Cons:

Na descrição dizem que existe estacionamento na rua, mas não é verdade. Mesmo no estacionamento indicado pelo hotel (pago) nunca havia lugar. Tivemos de deixar o carro num outro estacionamento pago (25€/dia).
O pequeno-almoço é servido num restaurante ao lado do hotel e não têm serviço de quartos. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas isto é inadmissível.

Base camp for Crete adventures
Pros:

Excellent!
Wonderful front desk and restaurant staff! They were very helpful and attentive to our requests. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable, great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Ήταν όλα χάλια, ακάθαρτα και μύριζε σαπίλα,.

Μείναμε 1 ώρα και φύγαμε και χάσαμε και τα λευτα μας.

Στο δωματιονπου μας έδωσαν, βρήκαμε φαγητό που άφησαν οι προηγούμενοι.
