Pros:

Lobby, spacious apartment, friendly staff, close to shopping street

Cons:

The toilet (no lights at toilet), toilet too small, way too complicated to get to apartment. Have to take stairs up and down, then up and down again to get to apartment - really weird set up.

Great location, friendly staff, and a pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

Overall, I had a very nice stay with good facilities and a great location right in the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it was convenient to have everything within walking distance.

Cons:

The only minor downsides were that the lighting in the apartment could have been better and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak at times. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and we would gladly stay here again.

L'appartamento era davvero molto bello, tutto estremamente moderno e pulito.

Cons:

I parcheggi sono limitati (4 posti). Noi l'abbiamo trovato senza problemi ma in caso contrario sarebbe stato un grosso problema, avendo scelto la struttura filtrando specificamente solo quelle con a disposizione un parcheggio.

Fancy bathroom and everything fine.

Cons:

The only point which lead to a 9/10 rating is that we have to deduct 1 star as the 2 bedrooms do not have any doors towards the living room…

Torneremmo sicuramente lì!
Pros:

La posizione davvero ottima, le dimensioni dello studio e il fatto che fosse accessoriato con forno, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Arredato con stile.

Cons:

4 parcheggi in totale… che equivale a non averne. Comunque suggerisco di parcheggiare ai P3 (alla reception vi danno la mappa dei parcheggi) che sono gratuiti nel we e dopo le 18:00 durante la settimana.

Sehr zentrale Lage, superfreundliches Personal. Modernes Ambiente.
Küchenzeile mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Nachts war es unfassbar laut – man konnte kaum schlafen durch den Lärm von der Straße. Auch im Haus alles sehr, sehr hellhörig. Nachtruhe gleich null.
Das Bad superklein und dunkel.
