Odaların içinden Kertenkele ve böcek çıkması , ilaçlama yapmıyorlar, daha temiz olabilirdi, oda da içme suyunun paralı olması, oda kartların ara ara çalışmaması, Restaurant ta yemek yerken çatıdan üstüme kertenkele düştü, Restaurant a yol da yürürken önümüzden fare ve kurbağalar geçiyordu,.....
The nice welcome was appreciated very much! The hotel design and flow of spaces is aesthetically pleasing. Beach and pool amazing! Nice entertainment and good vibes!
Would be nice if buffet food could cater for kids as well e.g some finger foods like chicken strips, chicken nuggets and french fries would be nice. The pizza was very good!
Soft drinks not included in half board. Would be nice if it was.
Transport from the hotel to places quite expensive.

Sehr grosszigieges Buffet , besonders am Weihnachten, mit Lobster. Besonders möchten wir den Bäcker loben für wunderschöne Gestaltung mit orientalischen Brotsorten, z.B. Green Tee , Kürbis oder Gewürzbrot.
Schöne vielfaltige Strandangebote z.B. Pedalos. Täglich frische Kokosnüsse am Strand - ein Genuss!
Die Liegebetten am Strand leider ohne Matratzen, nur 1 Handtuch pro Person ist etwas wenig.

Big spacious pool
Multiple bars so there was never along wait for a drink
No swimming in the pool after 19:00… most resorts close the pool at 22:00 for cleaning
Long transfers for any ‘away from resort’ excursions… better to stay at resort and relax
Had booked a half board only to be pressured on check-in to convert to full package as we were attending a wedding at the venue while there
