An execellent choice when coming to Athens
Pros:

The exceptional location, the warm and friendly staff. The cleaning routine
I travelled solo and stayed for 12 days, the staff was very caring , the room well equipped , a very positive experience!!!

במעלית כל הזמן נתקעה
הייתי חייב לעזוב מאוחר את החדר אבל הם גבו ממני סכום של לילה נוסף במחיר כפול מהלילה הראשון ולא נתנו לי בכלל אפשרות לאכסן את המזוודות

Hervorragende Lage - Geschäftpartner, Restaurants, Cafes, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in Gehdistanz.
Sauberkeit - tiptop. Bad sehr funktional. Schlafen - angenehm, ab 23:00 sehr ruhig. Habe gut geschlafen.
Personal - durchwegs sehr freundlich, und äusserst hilfsbereit. Rezeption 24/7 besetzt.

Cons:

Der Lift ist verhältnismässig klein, langsam, und eteas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Keine Möglichkeit, Gepäck nach Check-out gesichert zu deponieren.

The fact that there was no space to leave our luggage after checkout was inconvenient. The nearby locker places are not convenient. You should Consider making arrangements to accommodate this important need for your customers. It’s the only facility missing, but it is important.
