A clean, modern-looking economy hotel that delivers good value, but falls short for longer stays.
Pros:

This hotel is best described as a solid value option that clearly falls into the economy category. If you go in with that expectation, there are positives worth noting.

The standout aspect of our stay was cleanliness. The room was extremely clean upon arrival, well-maintained, and appeared relatively new. Attention to detail was evident, and we genuinely appreciated starting our stay in a space that felt fresh and cared for.

Overall, this hotel offers good value if your priority is a clean, modern-looking room at a lower price point. However, comfort, privacy, and guest convenience are limited. With improvements to bedding, bathroom ventilation, sound insulation, and basic guest amenities like utensils, the experience could be significantly better—particularly for guests staying longer than a night or those without transportation.

Cons:

That said, there were several drawbacks. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or a window, which was surprising. After showering, the room became very steamy with no way to ventilate, and there was also no fan for general bathroom use. This was not a deal-breaker, but it was unexpected and worth noting.

Comfort was another issue. The beds were quite uncomfortable, with very thin sheets and poor-quality pillows. While the room looked nice, the sleep experience was not particularly enjoyable, especially over multiple nights.

Soundproofing was also a significant concern. The rooms have virtually no noise insulation. We could clearly hear normal-volume conversations from the room next door through the connecting door, as well as music that sounded as if it were being played in our own room. Because we were unexpectedly stuck at the hotel for several extra days and working remotely from the room, this lack of soundproofing made work calls feel awkward and uncomfortable, as it was clear that anything said could easily be overheard. It also created a general feeling of having very little privacy.

The most frustrating part of our stay stemmed from logistics. Due to snowstorms up north, we were unable to fly home as planned and did not have a car. The hotel is not very walkable; the nearest shopping center took about 20 minutes on foot. As a result, we relied heavily on food delivery. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide utensils outside of breakfast hours. On multiple occasions, we were told there were no plastic utensils available—once due to “high family occupancy” and another time due to “going green.” Regardless of the explanation, if our delivery arrived without utensils, we had no practical way to eat without spending additional money on an Uber to buy basic supplies. Breakfast silverware is available onsite but not accessible once breakfast service ends, which felt unnecessarily restrictive given the circumstances.

el servicio del limpieza habitacion deficiennte, me dejarom 1 dia a medias la limpieza y no me dejaron el agua,
despues la administracion asumio pero deben trabajar con su equipo para ser mas consistente.
